  1. So I'm thinking of booking a Haven Spa Suite on the Bliss but the only cabins that remain are all under the fitness center. Has anyone stayed in 15260, 15262, or 15264 and if so was noise from the gym above an issue? I'm concerned about possible noise from weights being dropped and people running on the treadmills.

    Thanks in advance!

I stayed in the Haven Spa on the Getaway and it was noisy EVERY morning starting at 6. It sounded like either the Elliptical or Treadmill. . I said something to our Butler but what could he or anyone do? I wouldn't stay there again.

  2. Our first cruise ever on NCL we didn't get the beverage package and my husband and I racked up a nice size bill just from drinking. I mostly drink wines and him beers but we like trying the different mojitos sometimes. We always take the beverage package now. Our cruise on the Bliss in December added 249.20 of gratuity to our fare for the both of us. So, in actuality we are definitely coming out way ahead.

  3. I just did a mock booking for one of the sailings under the offer that listed 5 for free but when I chose my cabin category this is what came up. I am not sure why but it seems to be a little misleading.

FREE AT SEATwo Free Offers are included with your stateroom. You may continue or add up to two more.$ 3699

  4. Hi bmwman, I don't think I'll consider my upcoming cruise and choice to stay in the Haven a waste of money, but you are, of course, welcome to your opinion! When we're not standing in line behind literally 4000 people for over an hour to get off in St. Petersburg and instead whisked to the front of the line...when I'm enjoying a complimentary room service breakfast on a busy port visit morning instead of battling the crowds in the buffet...when the concierge escorts us to the best seats at the shows instead of having to arrive in the too-small theater 30 min in advance to sit in the back...I'm pretty sure I'll determine that it was not a waste of money.

But isn't is wonderful we can all choose what is important to us?

My husband and I work (really hard) full time and don't have unlimited weeks to take multiple cruises instead of one anyway...

I'll be sure to post a review afterwards and share our opinion on the relative value of the Haven vs. the cost.

    Cheers, Lynne

    Nicely said!!!
