Doesn't matter if it was, the cat did not undergo the appropriate quarantine procedures before the passengers brought it onto the ship. If it was a therapy cat then why would they be sneaking it around, it also doesn't say much for security in Honolulu either.

It was said tongue in cheek. It seems to have been lost on most. All these "therapy animals" should be nowhere near cruise ships

looks like you would have been on some cruises during football season. Any idea? Im sailing next week on symphony

I was on Liberty a few weeks ago and 1pm, 425pm SNF  and MNF was all shown. Disembarked on Thursday but no reason to think TNF wouldn't have been shown too.

It has everything to do with what someone can afford. People who can easily afford the auto gratuities will not think twice about them. Look at the comments in this thread that say the cruise is already expensive enough without the gratuities. There are people who can only afford to cruise on RCI by cutting corners when possible to include removing gratuities. Unfortunately this ends up penalizing hard working crew members who make cruising a great experience.

It doesn't. They get paid a guaranteed wage by RCI regardless.

I don't know why (I should have expected it) but I'm amazed at how expensive they are!

Perhaps I'm a bit behind with things but I have noticed aft balconies are now called 'Sunset View' or something like that and are even more expensive.

They aren't shown that way on the current deck plans, so must be new. Celebrity have offered them separately for quite a while so probably just bringing them in line (and giving them an excuse to charge more money too).

  5. Crazy stuff. Onboard service / offering getting worse and they're increasing the salary supplement scheme. Prices getting higher all the time.

I've always prepaid (which I know a lot of UK guests don't do), but the time has come I feel where I'd just remove and tip directly onboard to those that deserve it imo.

After our NZ cruise in 2025, may genuinely book another line. Even with the D+ drinks, the value is really not great anymore.

Would have been nice if you guys could have had an overnight in Manhattan, guess Royal didn't want to flip the bill for  docking spot. Curious was the casino onboard open last night and today?

Yeh that's a shame actually didn't think of that.

No, casino & shops were all closed. Should be open now but I've not been back inside to look. That will have cost them a few $$$.

I did not enter the names as TBA, no. I tried to put in their data - because my husband has a different C&A# than I do. When I noted that TBA was on the booking, I did call - for 2 reasons. 1. The TBA,TBA names on the booking and 2. to link my and my husband's C&A#s and see if we could be booked in at his higher tier. They were able to link our accounts but stated that I had to wait until check in the enter passenger data.

    on the phone now

OOO that's not right. They should have fixed the names when you called.

    Hope you get a resolution.

Up until now, all the system has shown is my name and guests TBA, TBA. When I tried to add their names to the booking, it said that it wouldn't be available until October 3.

Did you originally input the names as TBA ?

October 3rd would be the date you can 'check in' from. The dates on the original reservation still needed to be corrected though.
