  1. Same for both of us. I contacted tech support this morning and after a whole lot of delays on their part I was told that this was a known problem for several users and it was being addressed. I was told to try my login from time to time.
  2. We had our first full suite experience recently on the Enchanted. The Concierge Lounge was very nice to have available to us. The Concierge himself was helpful in many ways. He made dinner reservations for us, helped take care of problems we had in our suite, and even escorted us to the tender boats in order to bypass the lines. The lounge was always open but not always manned by the concierge or his assistant. Even during those unmanned times you could get coffees, sodas, or snacks.
  3. We went to emed.com and clicked on "start test" They lead you thru the steps pretty easily. When you are ready, you make the call and wait for a proctor.
  4. When the beverage costs more than the $12 (Plus Package) or $18 (Premier), what do you pay? Is it the excess cost or do you pay the full cost of the beverage?
  5. You can also go to "Luggage Tag & Travel Summary" and print your travel summary. It details your booking and shows all specials like OBC, and crew appreciation.
