I contacted them about this and was told "those rooms have been taken offline for maintenance" - whatever that means - "and should show up again in a few weeks". On another forum, someone else got the exact same answer from their TA. Supposedly they are holding them because they are uncertain if they can fully crew up.

I thought it was always that way. On our Eurodam cruise a couple months ago (you were on same trip I think), we only paid difference between $15 and whatever our drink was. However when we got a drink in souvenir cup, had to pay whole thing.

Just forward of the wind-breaks on the Massive Suite terrace, there looks like a small deck area. Is this accessible from the terrace or is it blocked off? Thanks

Not so great from ends of the balcony when door was closed.
