We have jumped ship from Princess to Cunard. Reading your review is making me wonder if we have done the right thing. We sail on QE on 18th September and I am now very nervous.

I am very cautious of independent excursions for the very reason you state - we are on our own. we have not fully committed to doing it our selves yet if it was me I would book with Cunard but my husband wants to book independently.

I did start to look but got called away and never went back to it. Certainly good info to have though - thanks very much.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. We are voyage number Q330A. I wanted to book the ferry to Capri but not knowing arrival times makes it impossible to book in advance. I have looked at port schedules but times aren't displayed. Thanks again for your reply.

I am finding it difficult to find port arrival and departures time. Can someone please point me to where I can get this information within my booking. First cruise with Cunard and getting around my booking page has been a challenge. I am used to Princess personaliser which I think is extremely easy. Thanks for reading

I have received an email inviting us to bid for an upgrade. This will be my first sailing with Cunard so not familiar with how this all works. Does anyone have experience of a bid being accepted? We are in a Britannia balcony and would be interested in bidding on a Britannia club balcony. I wouldn't want to spend crazy money on it but feel like putting in a checky offer to see if I am lucky. Also. Could anyone help me out with my Cunard account. We have a booking for this September and we recently booked a second cruise for next September. Do I really have to log into each booking separately of am I missing the link on my account to skip from one to the other. Thanks for reading

Hi We are newbies to Cunard. I am used to working my way around our Princess personaliser.I wondered where on the Cunard site do I see an invoice that shows details of deposit paid, amount outstanding and OBC? I wanted to use our OBC to part pay the drinks package, is that possible? When we made the booking they said it could be used towards the drinks package but when you try to checkout it asks for credit card details and I cant see a way to draw down on the OBC. TIA for your replies.

We have never sailed Cunard before so any help and advise would be really appreciated. The system is offering us 5026 as a stateroom. Any info on this stateroom, area of the ship would be really helpful. Thanks in advance
