I curious as well. I had my pvp submit mine about four weeks ago. I emailed him when it didn't post after two weeks. He said it can take a while. I wonder if I should resubmit it myself

Getting a large bucket of popcorn for this one. It looks fun and I can't wait to read it
-
Thanks for the heads up. It also lets people know to head to the port a little early so they won't miss the cruise also

Great review so far. I'm following

Thanks for posting

I'm enjoying your review so far. I can't wait to board the glory myself in just a few short months

I've never heard of volunteering at the welcome party. What is that?
-
What kind of sea day activities do they have. That's my only concern since almost half the cruise is sea days
-
Is it going straight there or are they having a special sailing for the repositioning?

I booked my Sept. 2018 cruise on the Glory on my way to work yesterday. I was reviewing the reservation when I got home and I checked for FTTF ( thinking it was too early) and it was available so I got it, then as I was looking at the dining options I made Steakhouse reservations for my birthday and I heard back within a few hours that it was confirmed. Now I only need this year to go by so I can go on the cruise!

Is the price going to stay the same or did it get raised?
-
Following along as well

Ok thank you. I figured it would be sooner rather than later.

my 2018 cruising schedule is filled. I noticed that the Alaskan iteneraries are posted as late as December 2019. When will the December Caribbean itineraries open up?
-
I've never heard of a child going on an excursion for free

What happens if you have Cheers and the cruise gets extended due to weather? Do they charge the S&S for the extra days or make people buy by the drink after the original cruise was supposed to end?
-
I just read the Dream is having engine troubles. I hope it's a quick fix so you don't miss your cruise.

I like giving a dollar cash tip. That goes straight to the bartender or server whereas the receipt tips go in a pool they all split. I also found that I have gotten faster service and stronger drinks when I give a little extra.

This is a touchy subject. I know the ship leaves from the U.S. But almost all of the staff and some passengers aren't from the U.S. And don't have our views on clothing optional areas. I've seen where women forgot they removed their tops to not get a tan line on their back and forgot and gave the main pool area a show and I've also seen thongs by the main pool. I think it's ok if done in the adult only area where no minors are allowed.

Following. I'm cruising from Galveston later this year and it will be my first cruise out of Texas. Thanks for posting the alcohol tax letter. I didn't know Texas taxed incoming booze. I thought it was like all my cruises out of Florida where you could get a bottle and not be taxed.

I'm sure all those people that lost something or someone due to the storm truly feel sorry for your cruise being delayed a few hours.
-
Well that's unfortunate. Thanks for the replies

Do they have them in the Houston Airports like they do in Miami?

I've never had him as a CD but I've heard good things

At least they've announced the name of the third ship. Now, maybe they will release its schedule and port sooner rather than later
