It doesn’t appear the neighbors are talking very loudly - seems like normal conversation. Pillow talk at 6am.

Interesting. We are currently onboard the Grandeur - two nights ago and last night we ordered a bottle from the list and today we attended the special wine lunch. When we were asked to sign, all three receipts had a gratuity line directly above the signature line. We had excellent sommelier service last night (in Prime 7), so we chose to add one, but we did not enter anything for the other two receipts.

Grandeur 636 - we like the midship location and the suite is fine (although smaller than we’ve previously had), but the insulation is bad. We hear neighbors on both sides. Also, annoying that the only way you can see the TV is if you are in bed - it doesn’t have an extend arm that allows you to see from the couch. We don’t watch TV, so it’s not a big deal to us, but we do like to look at the online menus.

Please be prepared that if you purchase anything additional (e.g. bottle of wine, special cocktail, special event), you will be given something to sign which includes a line for a gratuity. It was a surprise to us.

We are currently in 636. We hear our neighbors on both sides, so the insulation is a problem as far as I’m concerned.

We are on floor 6 in a category G2 and we hear everything from both rooms - much more from the bed wall, where those neighbors like to talk starting at 6am. It doesn’t appear they are talking loud, just normal conversation (that I wish they’d wait a little later for).
