Hi Guys, just a thought about the latest announcement that Norwegian are going fully all inclusive. I was wondering if it would effect the rules about bringing alcohol or water on board. because surely now it wouldn't make any difference, for example if I wanted to take a specialist whiskey on board, it wouldn't make any difference to anyone else as all the booze is free. Also the drinks in your mini bar will they be free, again its not going to make any difference when its all free. Any ideas guys ?

Hi Guys, we are on the Epic out of Barcelona in May, and I am wondering which are the best ports to get up early to watch our arrival, obviously I don't want to do this at every port as we arrive at some at 6am, but I would like to know which is the best choice, our ports of call are Naples, Civitavecchia, Livorno, Cannes, Palma and Barcelona, thanks

Hi Guys, just something I am curious about, looking at a picture of the NCL Epic, right at the front of the ship I can see what looks like a very small round swimming pool, but I cant see any access to it from any deck, anyone know the purpose for it ?

Hi guys we are on the epic, staying in an Haven suite, this is our first ever cruise, I have been told that your luggage is picked up on the last night of the cruise, does anyone know what time they do this with Haven guests. thanks

Guys I don't know what's the best option regarding taxis from and to the airport, I am thinking of pre booking a taxi to the cruise port, but I don't know if I should pre book one for the return, is it cheaper and are they reliable, or is it just as easy to get a taxi when I get off the ship in Barca ?

I understand the rules in the speciality restaurants, about second entree , does anyone know if the same rules apply in the Haven restaurant ?

Pisa is a long way from Naples, it would be about a four and a half hour train ride.

 

Is your ship stopping in Livorno (Florence)? From there it's a 45 minute bus ride.

In Naples just get off the ship and walk straight ahead about 3 blocks and you will come to Via Toledo. It is awesome with shops and bars and lots of pizza shops.

We actually walked up a small alley to a great pizza spot. Just explore and have fun.

Why you think you would get ripped off is odd. Naples is great!

Hi Guys, couple of questions can anyone recommend where to get a good pizza in Naples, without getting ripped off, and is the best way to get to Pisa by train, and how do we get to the train station ?

Hi Guys, going on the Epic on the 14th May, as this is our first cruise I have millions of questions in my head, I have read that most of the meal portions on board are quite small, which I don't like as I am quite a large eater. Can you order more than one entrée if that's the case, can you order more than one starter or dessert, and what if you come away from the restaurant still feeling peckish, can you go to another restaurant later. Sorry if these questions sound daft, but it is our first cruise. thanks

Hi Guys, we are first time cruisers going on the Epic on the 14th of may, we are staying in an Haven suite, we should get to the ship around 11.am, will we be able to board then. also having never sailed before are the cabins sound proofed, or are they like some hotel rooms with wafer thin walls.

hi guys, this is our first time cruising, we have booked an haven penthouse suite on the Epic, I keep seeing threads about bidding for upgrades, can someone please explain about upgrades and bidding etc, and how do you get on the list etc, thanks in advance

Hi Guys, we are first time cruisers thinking of cruising in September this year, looking for advise on 2 cruise company's Norwegian and MSC, what's your opinions on either of these company`s, especially MSC as I know very little about them. thanks in advance
