Version 1.2: Full fleet wide wine by glass, buckets of beer added, formatting changes, corrections to formulas.
Version 1.3 being worked on will include wine by the bottle to be uploaded by Monday.
Thank you for doing this. It's really helpful :D

Dose the BA have angry orchard & if it does, is it included ?
I have a friend who would do well with the UBP, but it wouldn't do much for me, so I'm sort of trying to see if there is anything that might justify the cost for me.
(Hey NCL, if your reading this thread..add specialty coffee to the package ;))
-
I'm pretty sure that it was Nestle's.
-
...if you wanted pie alamode had to pay extra for scoop of ice cream....
You have to pay extra . When did this start???

Where do you get the Hero cards? I like the idea of carrying a few with me

I've been to Alaska 5 times, and I have taken the whale watching tour in Juneau each time. I love it. I combine it with a stop at Mendenhall glacier. I have always booked the excursion through the ship, (I'm on vacation, so I let someone else handle the details, LOL) but I know people do this on their own. Alaska is so beautiful, & there is so much to see & do, that you really can't go wrong.
As I said, I've been there 5 times & the only repeat excursion has been the whale watching in Juneau. Pick some excursions, and plan on a return trip, LOL
Enjoy your cruise:)

If you look at the Deck Plans on the NCL site, it seems to me that if you are looking at the cabins, one wall is completely straight. On the other wall, there is a part that juts further back... This is a good indicator of where the beds are for all the balcony cabins.
Yes this is how you can tell the room config

Order an Irish coffee...whiskey on the side please :D
Rochelle
LOL!!! I like your style ;)

We have the ubp and udp on our upcoming trip and are very excited! Does anyone know if milkshakes and some coffees etc are included too? Thanks!
Nope! I still don't understand why I can have a $10.00 glass of wine, but not a coffee for $2.50. Seems silly. As for the milkshakes, I personally have never seen a milkshake offered on any of my cruises. I might have missed them, but given the fact that I love ice cream, I doubt it, LOL

I can't understand why I can get a cocktail up to $8.50, but not a coffee @ $2.50. That just doesn't make any sense to me.

They would never find me to make me disembark if I didn't know I'd be back on a ship soon. :D
Now that's funny!
YAY!!! You just made my day! :D Already emailed you.I'm so happy you got your pin :D
-
Look at Post #3 and you'll see a copy of the charge slip on the minibar fridge. You check off what you took and sign it, just like a bar tab.
Oh, now don't I feel silly :o

You're Welcome. Lots of people don't know so now at least a few more do! :)
Learn something new every day :) I see you will be boarding the Breakaway when I am getting off. You will recognize me, I will be the one crying "I don't want to leave!" as they drag me from the ship, LOL
-
I was wondering. If each of the people in a cabin has a separate account, how would NCL know who they should charge a mini bar item to?
-
FYI - the reason the OP did not post her email address as a full address is because then it is searchable, even by bots. It is okay to take that chance with your own email address (but you really shouldn't) but please don't do it with other people's. I separated it as some do to avoid bots. (Just trying to help)
So sorry, I had no idea. I would never intentionally compromise someone's info. Thank you for heads up.
-
At the moment, Skidder has one and JuneaMe has the other... But, I'd be happy to keep you in mind should that not pan out.
Thank you LocardsChild!!! I have a "thing" for the ship pins. For a time, NCL wasn't giving them out. I guess it was during the design change phase. I hope you find your Jade pin. I emailed you my info.

If you are asking about the sea glass beach near the Dockyard, it is free to look. The owners have posted the area with signs that say you can look, but you better not touch the sea glass (I paraphrased it a little).
SBtS
Thank you :)

I like the glass beach two bus stops from the ships dock. It is fun looking for the elusive "blue" sea glass. Green, brown and white are the most commons. I have never taken any glass, it is fun and intresting to see though.
Is this a free beach?

On our last cruise on the Epic, because of the additional embarkation ports, we managed to receive several extra of the Latitudes pins. I've still got 2 more that I'd love to rehome.
If you're interested, please let me know. I'd ship them in a padded envelope to any US address for free. (Please don't post your address on the thread, just let me know if you're interested!)
Along the same lines, if anyone has an extra Jade ship pin laying around...
Happy Cruising!
B
If you have one to spare, I would love to give it a good home. I'm sending you an email. If I understand correctly, it's LocardsChild@hotmail.com
Thank you

I was successful on one cruise by simply going up to the guest services desk and asking for the main dining room menus for the week. On subsequent cruises however, this request was received with confused looks and the answer was no.
Yep! I have seen that look before:confused:
-
but I'd be very surprised if you can get them beforehand.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
LOL No not before, when I get on the ship
My bad. I misunderstood your question. That would be nice to know that. I hadn't really thought about it beforehand because I know there's always something we can eat in the main dining rooms. There are somethings I really enjoy & some that are just ok, so I thought that doing the specialty on the "just ok" day's would be a good thing. Looks like I gave you something to think about for your next cruise, :)
-
You didn't mention which ship?
The Beyondships site is ok, but it does not show the daily MDR menu specials for all of the ships.
Sorry my bad (the Breakaway) My thread title is poorly worded. I would like to see the actual menu rotation when on the ship, so I can plan wich day to book a specialty restaurant.
-
Thank you for the link. I should have been more clear in the tread title. I was wondering if there was a way to see the weeks menu rotation when on board. Looking at that link I see that there are days that I would very much like to go to the MDR, so I don't want to book a specialty on a day that the MDR has one of my favorites ;)
-
Hi, I was wondering if I can see the menus for the week, so I can plan when to book a specialty restaurant. On my cruise last year I was told "We don't have the menus anymore. They're posted each day outside of the dinning rooms" Well that didn't help me at all, LOL! Besides, who wants to spend the time trolling the dinning rooms each day.
Thanks
