    We enjoyed Cartegna very much in spite of the heat and humidity. From New Orleans so we’re used to it but that doesn’t mean we like it. It is interesting how similar the Old Town and the French Quarter look too. Enjoying the reviews from you and DaKahuna!! (Tell Adi at Cafe Italia hello from Christopher)

    I’m going to give y’all some South Louisiana advice. If you’re north of Alexandria LA and it says gumbo be careful. If you’re on the high seas stay far away!!😁

    If you’re near San Pedro Claver Church tomorrow there’s a little coffee shop just around the corner called Cafeto that has reasonably priced Colombian coffee and very good hot sauces and chocolate. We loaded up when we were there.

    If that’s gumbo I’m Mickey Mouse!!! You shoulda got the hot sauce if ya ask me. 😉

    The night we saw the Groovy Band they opened with a Blues instrumental that showcased the lead guitarist. He’s very good and I gotta bet that was better than the Polka mashup!!!😳

    We used their laundry service and they did a great job overnight.

    The Galaxy Restaurant is great as is the espresso at Cafe Italia. Adi at Cafe Italia is the best as well as one of the servers at the Luna Bar but I can’t recall his name. International karaoke was a lot of fun. We had a blast a couple of weeks ago on Divina with a similar itinerary.

    Divina booked times only for sea days for the thermal area but they were flexible and it was never very crowded.

    I’m local and an hour and twenty minutes would be really pushing it. The airport is easy to navigate but baggage claim is horrendously slow so absolutely do not check luggage. Good luck but I’d try for earlier flights.
