The pool table was next to the bar at O'Sheehan's on the Epic. Didn't want to lose my precious seat to give it a try but did note the pay slot on it. Was on the RCCL Brilliance a couple years back and they had three, full-size tables in Schooner's Lounge, free!
I like the arcade pass idea. Might have to try it out next time.

Do a ship specific mock booking on NCL the week before and after your cruise. The ship schedule should come up.
I think I may have been mistaken on the length of the cruise. Looks like it is on a 4 day cruise.

Going on a five-day Sun to Cuba in April (Yeehaw, my dream coming true) It's a Mon to Fri schedule. What is the ship doing the days before and after this trip?
-
I think you will get the game. Sunday network, MNF and TNF have been shown on the NCL and RCCL cruises I've been on.

I believe RCCL is building the pier on the island next to GSC.I am hoping that we can use the Royal pier next April, it will be much better than tendering. Not sure what kind of hoops NCL would have to jump through to get one put in for GSC. -
Plenty of hotels in NJ where you can stay the night before and park for the week.

We always get the UBP and while I have gotten very drunk, I have never thrown up in public. I go right to bed. We did see a group of older men all stumbling around drunk on the epic. They had to be at least 60 and they were so loud and out of control. I was super embarrassed for them and worried they were going to drown in the hot tub!
You make it sound like 60 is OLD! C'mon now, give a guy a break!
Yup, many factors here. Plenty of alcohol, lack of food and a ship at sea. Anybody can get that way on any of those combinations, or just one. Take your pick.

We arrange with the cabin steward to have plenty of coffee packets available in our cabin. We get bottled water (after reading the water thread I'll start using tap water) from the casino or bar I'm last visiting. We bring our own cremora. Plenty of coffee at our disposal. Just have to make it more often as those packets are only good for about 8 ounces or less.

I always seek out the cookies and brownies area, grab a plate and a couple milks and head back for the night. Got to look for them.

Sky is a party ship. Younger people enjoying the party atmosphere. I'm planning a 3rd cruise on her for March or April with a bunch of my friends in the 50's and 60's age group. We think we are younger anyway, but party like we are!

There are showers and toilets in the gym with plenty of space, free for those who choose.

I would say the congestion is in the main elevator area as it leads to all the dining/shopping/entertainment areas. The lines for dining/shows formed in this area. The forward elevator section is used less frequently. I used it 90% of the cruise as my cabin was fairly close to it.

I agree...This thread just took a weird turn......i’m so confused.I'm probably the most generous person around a bar, but when it comes to UBP's, I buy just for me!

I tip very well on board and have never had to pay for a bottle of water. You can also get water in the casino.

They cook everything with it, so it must be safe!is the ships water tank safe to drink?

On our last cruise we found his personal bag, with a lot of coins in it, under the cushion of the sofa.

Sky is a party boat. It is the one that Patriot TE Rob Gronkowski had the big party on.
I've sailed her twice and planning a third (Cuba) in March, fingers crossed!

Metal doors and go for it!

Okay, we have an expert now!

IMO, no! I cash tip for all bar service as well as wait servers at meals. The attention I get is awesome, that's why I do it. Easy to give a buck for every transaction. They go out of their way to serve me. Why would they do this if they have to split?

My Bride vapes.. I'd rather get a cloud of vape over just a whiff of tobacco smoke! Vape 'em if you got 'em!
-
You should be all set, depending really on where you sail from. I've watched multiple NFL matches on my two Sky cruises! I've seen Sunday, Monday and Thursday Football.

Saw a lot of security kicking people on the ground and one who threw a punch at a female! Nice going.....So much for security, you want more security? Here is what happens when more security shows upSent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I sure am grateful to all those tea-totalers out there that help subsidize my over-indulgence at the pool, etc. We're willing to make that sacrifice ;p"If it ain't beer, it ain't breakfast"!
Epic Spa
in Norwegian Cruise Line

I wish I could answer this for you but I can tell you that you need the Spa Package to use the steam room on the Epic. I was very disappointed with that arrangement as I really enjoy steaming but not worth the price of admission considering the free steam room availability on the other ships that I cruised. (Freedom, Brilliance and Sky)
