  1. Thanks for the quick reply. I have only been on a handful of other cruises (pre-covid, none on Princess) and have never been able to check in prior to 11am, so a 10:30 check in seemed early. But will show up on the earlier side and see what happens 🙂. Thanks!
  2. Question....I have an upcoming cruise on the Grand Princess leaving Vancouver and was able to book my Arrival time for Group A (10:30-11:00am) approx 60 days prior. But I just received an email from Princess, which showed an itinerary that included 'boarding begins at 12:30pm' as part of the schedule. I'm not in a super rush, but I would like to start my vacation as soon as possible 😉 The port is about 25 min drive from home so was wondering which is 'more likely' to be accurate so I can better time when to leave. Thanks 🙂
  3. Question... I am new to cruising on Princess with the drink package. Are you able to order an 'unopened' beer to take with you. I have routinely done this on Celebrity with their drink package, as I like to have a small stock available in my mini-fridge. I know I can just call/use the medallion app to order for delivery. But sometimes when I'm walking by a bar heading back to my room I would just pick one up for later. Thanks!

  5. I'm not new to cruising, but I am new to Princess and Medallion. I have had drink packages before and don't normally tip when I order a drink at the pool, or go to a bar etc because the cost of the tip is built into the package. But, if I ordered food through Room Service I always tipped a couple of bucks when it was delivered. I know that tipping is a very personal thing and I'm not trying to start anything, but was wondering what the acceptable protocol is for when having drinks brought to your room through the medallion app. Again not trying to start any drama about tipping, but wondering what the general consensus from more experienced cruiser is, thanks!
