  1. Cruise Lover, No we received 1 of the five I was referring to a refund of our original deposit
  2. Forgot to add that the agent said that the amount would go towards the cruise fare and not obc.
  3. Called Crystal about the Exceptional initiative today. They confirmed that we would receive one of 5 credits towards our up coming cruise in May. I am wondering if this an internal mixup on their part in that we received a credit from them already. However if valid it will pay for our excursions.
  4. Never mind my first post. I read the article hastily and missed the part about only the 2017 redesigned Sapphire suites have the washer combo.
  5. I just read an article by the Travel Market report that states that all 12 Sapphire veranda suites on the Symphony have a washer/dryer. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks, Gary

  7. Hello On our last voyage with Crystal we were sent info by snail mail along with luggage tags. We have received our etickets and info in our online account, and I was wondering if Crystal sends out luggage tags/more info as they did years ago. Thanks, Gary

    Covid Policy

    I am curious of Crystal's sanitation policy on board. From some pictures I've seen the buffets are self serving again with one utensil for all. How about reminders for guests to use the sanitizer stations before entering the restaurant? Any info at all is appreciated. Thanks, Gary
