another week of no communication from MSC will not talk to our TA about the booking or ship nor will they speak to us. no the cruise to no where booking they placed us on has gone.....AND MSC HAS NOT SAID A WORD.
they may have a good on board product but there customer service sucks!!! NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS MSC YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

reading that response regarding how to borrow cash ..is exactly what they are doing!!!! spoke with TA today, MSC told him they were too busy to help today and would get get to him in a week...what sort of real business does that!!!! the TA is just sitting there open mouth lol....
MSC seems to do this a lot ..posted, cancel and keep your cash for a long period !!! maybe time to call the credit card company as well..we are at a lost with all the flights booked, 20 people ready to go...and now i have to tell them "guess what....the cruise has gone poof!!"

we talked to out TA last night..he was totally side swiped by this. we have 10 cabins on that sailing thats now gone. MSC according to him closed early last night lol and could not get hold of them. its just shows they dont give a damm and the stories you read about there customer service is true...shame on you MSC

well they not told us but on web site our cruise gone..placed on a five day trip to nowhere and they dont inform the guest

well i should of gone with the reviews, MSC cancelled our 11 day cruise for March 2022 moved us to a 5 a day thing from Venice to Jordan!!!! and a year early ...what the hell no wonder they were bottom of 2020 cruise lines. they dont give a poop about there guests!!! not answer contact requests.....
now i have to fight to get my money back and hope i can plan my wife 60th birthday and Europe tour....with a proper cruise line.
NEVER EVER, EVER THINK OF CRUISING WITH THIS LINE!.....

thank you both, we are looking at first MSC Cruise in mar 22 on the 11 day on Magnifica joining in Rome. we are diamond on RCI but want to try something different. little concerned on the food reviews but the price is right..any input on the food??

we both have our vaccine and strongly support moving forward with cruising starting up again. i can jump on a packed aircraft without issue, so why cant we go cruising with safety measures
time to move forward with small steps in the USA like other start up counties with cruising
so happy to email .....

they cancelled my flight too. used the claim form as they requested have been fighting with them for over 5 weeks now to get my refund. they say they are giving it but horrible customer service you cant talk to anyone they just give the run round. we are contact the attorney general of Norway to see if they can help us......

WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD TODAY, I WANTED TO TAKE A FEW MINS TO REMEMBER AND SAY THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING CREW OF LIBERTY OF THE SEAS, IT IS 1 YEAR TO THE DAY SINCE THIS AMAZING CREW SAVED MY LIFE AFTER A MAJOR HEART ATTACK ON BOARD. THE SPEED AND DEDICATION THEY SHOWED THAT DAY SAVED MY LIFE AND THE SUPPORT RCI GAVE TO MY WIFE WHO WAS ALONE IN MEXICO FOR A MONTH WAS TRULY AMAZING!! I KNOW MOST OF THE CREW ARE IN THERE HOME COUNTRIES ACROSS THE WORLD, BUT THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART AND SOUL FOR THE ACTIONS AND CARE THEY GAVE TO ME AND MY WIFE.
YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOUR TEAM.....I KNOW I AM AND MY WIFE TOO, WE WILL BE LOYAL RCI CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.....

Hi! We'll travel on Neuw Statendam december 30 in cabins 4150 and 4152 (they're connected) and also in cabin 4154 (not connected).
Do you know if it's posible to remove the separation of one balcony to the others to form a big spacious balcony of the 3 rooms? It would be amazing because there are kids, adults and seniors in our group and would like to be together.
we had 5 cabins on eurodam and they opened the doors for every one,

Well most casinos are not small closed off spaces
They are now massive open air spaces that are in the middle level of an open air atrium so the smoke goes throughout the ship there is no denying that
On the ncl getaway/breakaway etc several venues are filled with smoke because of this ....shops...le bistro..headliners etc

Been on Nav of the seas it is the same...i am sorry but smoking should be allowed, they have jammed smokers into corners, and its just not fair. we are playing by cruise line rules and paying just as much as u so why be punished ? there are lots of non smoking areas on board and in the Casio...and you dont have to pass though there if you dont want too. just saying and not being rude

Your problem is with the cruise line and not the smokers. The smokers are abiding by the rules - you appear to want to change those rules.
I agree 100% ..we pay fare just the same as you....so why should be not be treated the same..already pushed into small areas,
REALLY MSC - change a cruise and don't even tell the guests!!!!

we have 10 cabins booked on the now missing 11 day cruise in March 22 ......almost 30k and and they treat ppl this way. TA was been emailing, calling trying to get info ,....but MSC keeps saying we get back to you.....
will never book with them again
