I am going solo got a great deal with interesting mediterean ports 7 nites r/t out of barcelona Oct.20.Will post my experience after ny trip

Please like to hear and see what its like,...we are looking at the same trip from Barcelona

Since she wants to relax, it might be nice to keep one of those port days unplanned so that the day is open if you are feeling like staying onboard. It is kind of nice to be onboard without all the people.

we have used them before and will be in oct for our cruise out of Mia. we fly in the same day...because we booked with them if delayed they will help us get to the ship and the price was good . so overall a good deal

Very much agree with your opinion of Naples. Many people avoid the city, but we found it very alive and fascinating. The museum alone is amazing. Never felt unsafe. As a matter of fact it was the only city on our last cruise where no one "accidentally" bumped into either of us, and we walked from the museum back through the main area of town. The Sansevero Chapel has one of the most beautiful statues of Christ anywhere. Would definitely go back.

with all the embak ports how does the cabin switch work with MSC...do they leave them empty??

I was on the Fantasy April 2017 and Mikey was the cruise director. He was amazing. I don't usually care who the cruise director is, they aren't going to make or break my holiday. He was the first cruise director in my 15 cruises that actually stood out. We will be in the south again this fall and I'm deciding between the Triumph (about a half hour closer to where we will be) or the Fantasy. Last year we really enjoyed the Fantasy but I'm wondering if it will be disappointing without Mikey.

Anyone been on with and without him. Is it still a fun crew with plenty going on?

we are looking to cruise the med or Greek islands next year and looking at cruise lines. we never sailed on this line before. as non Spanish speaker from the USA. is a good fit?? looking at Grand suite anyone booked one before? size extra? and do they have there own web site?

guess we are sailing as a gold member..last time ever with RCI..MORE crap

And true to form, I had to use the email/password to log in to the app at least four times on the cruise this week. Then it would have to look up the cruises to find the right one to build my experience.

 

Many things were just plain wrong on the app, but at least they kept posting “Sorry, we hit a snag” several times.

 

Reminds me of the site, where past cruises are not correct.

OMG,,,here we go again with RCI. it was working fine go to print edocs etc this morning i cant access the booking. this is getting old real fast....when are they going to fix it. customer service says we are working on it, grrrrrrrrrr

this is getting so madding that i cant access cruise planner, check in docs or anything what the heck where they thinking nor testing it 100%...as i said before if it was a charge link it would work....hold time 1.32 min...don't think so.

omg what a mess...RC did you even test this upgrade~!...can see anything or find booking.....I bet if it was an extra charge to the customer it would work.
