I didn't see anything saying how long it takes to get refund? ANy experience with this? We paid in full and need that to now pay for my newly booked Celebrity cruise. Thanks!

good luck! We rebooked on a Celebrity cruise same week. It's our 25th Anniv. so really want that week and we booked air already. Virgin has failed to make a good first impression on me.

I'm with you...and my submission for a refund isn't going through. Of course can't get a human on phone. We found a San Juan trip on Celebrity and will do that. I think we got the last infinite veranda they had. If it wasn't our 25th Anniversary, maybe I would have booked it for a year out, but do I want them holding onto my money (we paid in full) for a year? Nope.

I hit submit to get my refund (we booked on Celebrity)... it's just spinning. ANyone else?

If I understand correctly: The 1-13 cruise to Puerto Rico, St Croix, etc, is still ON but they removed us and gave it to those who were on the Brilliant Lady?

We had a Rock Star too...and this was for our 25th Anniversary. I am SO annoyed and work is crazy so now I have to take time to find a new cruise.

Yep, me too...and they are offer $500 for airfare reimbursement????? OUrs was $600 a person.

We were on the "noro" cruise, May 15-25. We were unscathed, thankfully, but also if the past three years have taught me anything it's WASH YOUR Hands/DO NOT Touch your face. I really wish all cruise lines would strictly enforce the handwashing BEFORE there is an outbreak, not after. I was relieved when they stopped allowing passengers to use tongs, beverage machines, etc. We had a fantastic cruise (first time on Celebrity) with great ports and the service was great...except for ONE waiter in the MDR who just seemed by annoyed all the time. Wonder if it's the same one the OP had an issue with.

We are all booked for this exact cruise in 2024 (25th anniv so splurged on a Seriously Suite)...have a great time and can't wait to read report!
