Welcome to the future of Celebrity pricing, there is no reason why an Aqua class cabin should be $3000 more than a standard Verandah. At that much difference you could dine every night in a Specialty restaurant, have better food than Blu and still be way ahead. Pre Covid when we booked AQ cabins the price difference was maybe a couple of hundred dollars.Â
If they booked all included and changed cabins and booked cruise only that is a big chunk of the price difference.

Depending on the price, I like 8 days.

This was really good.
Beach, white, cheese, Amalfi Coast.

I just got the email too. Woohoo

No, something will happen to your bid, they do not forget about them. There are times when people are walking on to the ship and find out their bid was accepted. Usually about 48 hours before is most common.

I booked Murano on the first night using OBC. At checkout it asked did I want to use OBC, if so, how much. When you log on to your cruise is there a banner on the top that says how much OBC you have?

I vote for Red Lobster. Those cheddar bay biscuits are tasty. May I ask about how much the Lyft was? Still working on transportation from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale.

Doing this exact same itinerary on Edge on Feb. 24. Will be very interested in reading about your impressions, especially on food quality and things to do in ports.
Me too. I am anxious to get a bit of a preview.

I didn't say anyone with any knowledge. I just said there was a discussion earlier

I sail solo and go where the best deals are. I am enjoying working my way up the loyalty ladder of a few different cruise lines. I have had my bids either accepted or rejected up to two days before sail date. I just had mine accepted for the Edge in February. Two were expired and one was pending.

What happened to January opportunity to earn PUPS???????? Â Celebrity surprise cutbacks, escalating prices and sudden elimination of PUP are a painful way to start the New Year!!!!
There was discussion earlier that there wouldn't be January PUPS but there would be in February.

That is the purpose of the Xpress pass. Just show your phone at check in, no need to print anything. Just like concerts and airlines now, no paper needed. Sometimes I save it to my phone, but most times IÂ just pull up the app and on I go.

Thank you so much for your honest review. I am looking at a family cruise next year and am so used to booking for myself that it is difficult to know what the grandkids would like. The Mardi Gras sounds like a good option. I was looking at the family harbor But none of the sailings had a balcony option. I guess they are sold out.

5205 and 5208, which are the two sideways cabins in the Havana area are the furthest away from the bandstand. As a matter of fact they are right behind the elevators and we never had any problems whatsoever. The sideways layout of the cabin gave us more useful room than the standard inside cabin.
I was in 5208 and it was probably the best inside cabin I have ever been in. I loved the shape. And it was so close to the Havana area.

I have done it a few times. It is a fun way to kill a few hours and sure beats waiting at the airport.

I book when they first come out. Depending on where you are going, they excursions frequently sell out. The weather changes frequently too, even a week out.

I recently booked my first on X after years with royal and yes the X site uses the same login.
Haven't figured out the captains club member number yet though, I assume as with royal it will be available after my first cruise is completed.
You can get a Celebrity Captains Club number before your first cruise

Sorry...Port Royal was a poster...😂🤣 I'm trying to figure out were you went on the water taxi to find the place with chairs etc..
The water taxi goes to Great Bay Beach It is walkable or a quick water taxi ride. Lots of shopping and food. It is right in downtown Phillipsburg.

Have her create a Celebrity account. They will match her RCI status.

I have learned not to wait to purchase something. Not price gouging, there was a price increase. You can choose to pay it or not upgrade.

Have done Calabaza in Barbados and it was one of my favorite excursions. Gina pampers you all day and the few passengers makes it a wonderful day. From the morning coffee to the afternoon lunch and snacks throughout the day.Â
