I had all of the screenshots, but they did not need to see them. Apparently they are having issues on their end in the system and the supervisor I spoke to last week and the representative I spoke to this morning actually saw what was wrong in their system and they fixed it for me and we have the correct price.
Looks like this was fixed less than an hour after your initial post. Enjoy your cruise.

Question 1: Yes
Don't know about question 2
Question 3: The casino passes out a card with instructions on how to turn OBC into cash. Once you charge to your room you have to put 50% of the amount at risk, then you can cash out w/o fee.

Did you screen shot the prices you are referencing?

You'd only have to pay the difference. If it's just an occasional hoppier brew you desire it shouldn't break the bank. Enjoy Reflection. She's excellent.

So referring to the Celebrity Edge as "Big Ed" is not proper? Sooooo confused.
Not proper. It's Mr. Ed.

From what we recall there is no service equip blocking the view...
On EDGE, drapes remained closed or u had service items in view! Hope someone on now or more recently can explain..
We were assigned to Luminae but preferred BLU.
We hear that BLU on Ascent will be even better.. we are sailing in January.
Have a great cruise. Our one time on Edge was very early in her career (March 2019). They never opened the al fresco seating, which was too bad. We were in Luminae on Sillie's TA in October but thoroughly enjoyed the one meal we had in Blu. Our next two =X= voyages are S Class AQ.

not sure what E ship?
but BLU on BEYOND had a better location than on EDGE. Some AQ rms have view blocked by bump out of other cabins..
What u are moving up from probably has an IV anyhow. We don't hate it!
All depends on bid price, and how much you value BLU and access to thermal suite
. We always stick with what wd booked .but that's us!
The title of the thread indicates Edge, but the post speaks of the entire E class...so like you I'm not sure to which ship the OP refers. For my future reference, can you explain how the Beyond Blu locale varies from Edge? The deck plan shows the identical spot on each, although Beyond has a Chocolatier in the area. We really do prefer Blu but this issue ( and the IV) has cooled us to E class. If Beyond has a better Blu location I'd love to hear more.

Blu is not in a great location on E Class and the rooms are IV fitted. With 4 dining venues included with a regular room I don't see the value in an AQ upgrade on E class. We did it once and were disappointed. JMO.

I was aft on Sillie's TA and I believe D3 was outside Tuscan. Very quick check in once you watch the videos on the app.

Have a great trip, David. Hope Galapagos was everything you expected and more.

Dear OP,
Please name the cruise line you have chosen in =X='s stead.

Yep. That one was one of the best. It was like a private yacht. About 350 passengers as I recall.
Just wanted to quote you so you'd notice Sillie's repo in 2025 is available.

Silhouette. We’re talking 2025.

Tables are still close and service is still excellent, IMO. Lack on menu variety is a fleet-wide thing and not exclusive to Blu, nor related to the pandemic, in my view. We were in Luminae in October but dined one night in Blu and is was great. I just booked two AQ cruises 20 minutes ago.

The repo is open for booking!! April 28- May 8. All 3 ABC Islands included. I just booked my B2B with the 10 day Bermuda/Charleston itinerary.

I'm on Edge currently - For the first Leg - Singapore - Indonesia - Australia, I brought none. In Singapore on the street got exchange very close to the spot market so piked up $60. Didn't spend any after 4 days in Singapore so when we arrived in Bali - in the terminal I converted it to IRp - on first day spent about $20 worth of IRp for entrance fees and tickets. Next day a crew member from Bali insisted on taking us around. We insisted on paying for everything still didn't spend any so I asked him to do us a favor and accept the remainder as a gift for taking the time to show us around.
In Australia - everything was on Apple Pay -
Now on the way to New Zealand and don't intend on buying any NZ $ --- All guides gladly accept USD as most Aussie and Kiwi's don't tip at all.
The most amazing part of this post is the crew member volunteering his valuable off time to show you around. I've never heard of that. Cheers!

If you have OBC, you can charge to your room on a machine. Put 50% at risk and you may cash out the rest as hard currency.

I had Steel from the PAL pkg on Silhouette's TA and it was lovely at dinner.

Open a Charles Schwab account that includes a debit card. Seed the acct and use the card at bank ATMs in the ports. Zero fees and good exchange rates.

This wouldn't be the first time the northbound repo wasn't released at the same time. It's happened a few times in the past. As a matter of fact, a couple of years ago, the Summit northbound repo was chartered. It was the only time in all the years friends and us did not do the repo.
We were on Summit's 2022 repo with you, I believe. A great voyage as I recall.

We too were looking for Sillie's repo to NJ. The current schedule lists nothing for her from April 21 to May 8. Could this be a DD or a short DD then a charter? So disappointed.

Happy it's Sillie to Bermuda, though. Just did her October TA and she's lovely.

Next cruise I may bring a set of my drum sticks. Next time someone is near me or on their balcony talking loud on their cell phone, especially on speaker (🤬) I 'll start drumming out In A Gadda Da Vida on any hard surface around them.

Snorkeling on Jan. 27, 2024 Itinerary
in Scuba and Snorkeling

We love Cas Abao on Curacao. A beach within a horseshoe-shaped rock formation. About a 40 minute cab ride, but it's awesome. Been there three times. We also second Woodwind. Ulf and Diane do an excellent job. Walk to the boat.
