Spatchcocked on a Traeger wood pellet grill is my go to. No one else in the family is a turkey fan so I have to initiate it -
I can tell you we are also on the sept 11 cruise out of sewerd and we have the excursion train booked via ncl for a noon departure from anchorage

We just booked the chargeable behind the scenes on the jewel. It showed up when we hit the magical 120 days out. I have not seen it before but we are paying more attention now due to this being our Alaskan cruise
