We were on Rotterdam last year, and IIRC there was a reservation podium just off the atrium toward the main dining room. We never used it as we found there was never more than a few minutes wait for seating. We prefer early dining and generally eat around 5:30 as the initial crush is pretty much over by then.

We had a connecting cabin on the Rotterdam in January of 2023. I'd requested that specific cabin without noticing it was connecting, and I'll not make that mistake again. The occupants were apparently hard of hearing and kept the volume of their TV very loud - loud enough to be quite annoying during the day when we were in our cabin. Fortunately, they stopped watching sometime before we returned from the evening's entertainment, so our sleep was peaceful. Lesson learned.

Although no longer a commonly known cocktail, a Bullshot may be served cold or hot. It's essentially identical to a Bloody Mary but with beef broth instead of tomato juice.

Rock Opera, Five Skies, and Spotlight Bar - all excellent but I especially enjoyed Five Skies. It reminded me a bit of the movie Ready Player One.
