Does anyone have the drinks/food menus from the sports bar?
-
Thanks @dollydosh for the information👍
Glad you enjoyed your cruise on Bellissima.
Quit smoking 3 years ago, but it doesnt bother me at all if other smokes.
Will have to do some practice on ultimate texas holdem before my cruise then😁

On the US site the Easy package still exclude drinks in the specialty restaurants, but Premium & Premium Plus now say specialty restaurants are included so I would say yes. But don't be surprised if they run out of stock.
Yes I agree, from what I can find out it really should be included in premium+. What I would like to know is if anyone have actually tried to do it, and if it works.

Unlimited consumption of all drinks by the glass, with no price limit!
this is what is stated in the description of the package. Then I see a 45€ Cognac at the Bistrot....I would like to know if you actually get this in the speciality restaurants, as it clearly say so? Anyone have experience from this on other ships than Bellissima?

I guess they cant have a lot of loyal cruisers and trying to get lots of new ones. Time will tell if the strategy is good or bad. But I understand your frustration.

To clarify, so I cannot order a glass of coke and a separate shot of rum, without running a "scam?"
I would say that would just make it complicated as rum&coke are included in the package🤪

For me this beahviour and the people talking about how they can smuggle on liquer to their cabin appears very cheap.
Like having a bottle of vodka in your pocket when going to a bar and only order orange juice.
I just dont get it?! Who does that?

Have Costa finally lost the plot with their constant changing of the club rules?
We have attempted to book a Suite on a Costa Med cruise Sept/Nov this year, we can not find any ship that has suites available all are sold out.
Is this of the stupid up-grades they are giving out along with the low £50 lost if you cancel within 45 days of sailing, now even the Samsara does not have it's own restaurant what's next no club dining rooms for us pearla diamante members & paying to use the lifts & have our beds made.
With nearly a years sea days with Costa we are out, going back to others lines, even P & O has got to be better than what we are not getting as loyal club members & being subjected to constant rules changes.
I am fed up with writing to H.O. rarely get a reply & when you do you are fobbed off with platitudes.
I just did a search on two random med cruises in sept and found available suites on both...
I an still a year away from my first costa experience and don’t know much about set changes.
But for me it is good to be able to book one year+ ahead and only risking 50€ if I cancel.
My work as a kindergarden teacher gives me limited options to when I can take vacation so I like to be able to reserve when I know I can take time off

Is the All In something you can purchase/opt in to, or is it an offer on some ships? If so, which sailings are offering this?
Check the link in post #2 and you can see the different all inclusive packages

Thank you @dollydosh 😊
And enjoy your cruise!

Thanks for the link but it really doesn't answer my questions for frozen drinks. Is the all in the easy package?
Easy is the package usually included nowadays, and it does not include frozen drinks, only a very limited number of drinks, GT, rum+coke and a few more.
Service charges are include in the package
-
Thank you for that @greg2014👌

http://crew-center.com/msc-cruises-makes-service-charges-crew-mandatory
it’s still mandatory unless you can prove you had poor service...interesting.
-
I didnt think I would find it on Symphony of the seas last summer either, as I found no information about it, but they had 2 tables, so fingers crossed🤞
But guess I’ll have to take a lesson or two on Ultimate Texas holdem just in case

The brexit comment was not searious by he way...
-
Ok, its always good to punish the swedes😂
1 minute ago, Beamafar said:As I've already posted, the charge is shown as mandatory on the Irish, Spanish and Swedish sites. Nothing to do with Brexit!
-
Still no changes here. Probably just the Italians punishing uk for brexit.

When I log in it say «important information» on the left. Click it and second to last in the new menu it say Service charge
-
Yea, I was thinking in general.
I got the same in Europe, my deal in Norway works all the same in all EU, even tho we are not members of EU. But I still need some sort of package for the time on sea. I know, I’m an inernet junkie, cant live without it😑
-
They are keeping us busy trying to figure out what is what, thats for sure😂 I was thinking that if you are on a 20-day or something they maybe don’t want to sell unlimited, and rather hoping that some has to buy another package...?

Get an exclusive 20% discount on your Satellite Internet packages by booking before you cruise. Click here for more info.
Do they charge tax and tip? The prices showing for pre-booking sound like what people are paying when booking on-board.
Mine says Premium, 10g, $149.50. Standard, 5g $95.90.
On my 7-day it says 133$ for UNLIMITED internet, so clearly a difference, maybe because of the duration of the cruise?
Premium 5gb is 84$

Has anyone who hasn’t chosen to contact MSC actually heard a word from them about this? So many people will be blissfully unaware . I also wonder why MSC are offering people half price if paid upfront if your from certain country’s. If this was about the staff getting there fair share of tips why accept half won’t they get less money . Maybe others are happy to hand over hundreds of pounds before they receive a service and like sheep pay up no matter what kind of service they receive .
The norwegian site still hasnt changed. I’m pretty sure it is against the strict norwegian laws on this type of thing, but will see next week if they change it.

WOW!! That would freak lots of people out. The article sounded like all passengers were forced to get vacinnated since it says all passengers and crew were vaccinated. I know people who are 100% against vaccinations- I wonder what they would have done onboard?
Maybe they would change their minds when they realised why we do get vaccinated🤷♂️

Ok, that’s a bummer. Do they have screens for sports in the pub?
