Mexico Culinary Cruise with Rudi Sodamin

I got an email from HAL today with the dates of the new culinary cruises. Has anyone taken a culinary cruise on HAL before? Just wondered how much the Chef is in attendance, or is it just for a couple of days? This particular one with Rudi Sodamin is November 12-19 out of San Diego.
