Just downloaded the app. Pretty neat. Does anyone know if it works while the phone is set to airplane mode?

Celebrity has in the past (recent) had a 20% discount on Beverage packages and excursions !
You must check the Celebrity website.

We are looking online.. But I'm trying to find out if there is a financial advantage to waiting to get onboard to upgrade.
-
Eeek. I would NOT..
My 200lb ass would knock those pipes off and 1/2 the ship would lose electricity or water or something..
-
We booked a summer special that got us a perk with our cabin. We chose the classic drink package.
We'd like to upgrade to premium but wondering if it's better to wait and see if they offer a better deal onboard.
Thoughts?

Whatever souvenirs glass special they're offering at embarkation. I'm a sucker for it. I'll usually buy it and announce to myself "let the onboard spending begin!"

This is always really tough. I've narrowed down to 6, but still wish I could bring less. Hardest part is always finding shoes that go with more than 1 outfit.
9 night cruise coming up.
Any tips??
So far I've got:
Silver glittery heels for 2 evening dresses
Grey nicer wedges for a couple casual summer dresses
Red casual wedges for jeans and blouses
Beige open toe casual sandals for pants and blouses
Flip flops & Sneakers for daytime/pool.
I know I'll be spending the majority of the time in the flip flops but cant wear those to dinner..:')
:)

Does anyone know how much is the hot glass class and also the prices for the pieces you choose to make?

Not open on Celebrity. Although other lines do offer MDR lunch on embarkation days, Celebrity only offers embarkation MDR to Concierge Class staterooms and, sometimes, to B2B passengers.
Thank you. I didn't know this.

Main dining room isn't open for lunch on embarkation day??
Strange...

We are in Aqua and wondered if we could visit Blu for lunch or some other place besides the buffet?
Hoping to avoid crowds!
Thanks :-)

Yes I’ve been there several times and it is very highly recommended. Do the all-inclusive day pass, excellent food very good drinks and a beautiful place to spend the day.

Agree! It's worth it! You will need a cab ride, its several miles away.

We purchased in advance and saved a little money by booking the 29% off special on the first night (offered on Silk Harvest)

I've read storage isn't so great..
Does anyone know how many hangers are provided in the closet?
How many drawers are available?
This is for the Equinox balcony cabins. Thank you!!

Is there a silent disco every night?
While I think its worth a try (once), the whole idea seems a little bizzare to me.
I think I still prefer the traditional disco setting. Does this exist or is it silent disco all the time on Quasar?
Thanks!

Are they allowed? (Equinox)

Does anyone know which are the formal nights, or EC nights, or whatever they call them now? I still call them formal nights because I'm old school :p
I'm really hoping to advance book Murano for one of these evenings. There are 4 days at sea and I'm assuming there are one or two formal evenings, but Celebrity won't tell me which ones they are.
Thanks!

I am only hesitant because I fear there is more we can see in Aruba that we'll miss if we spend the bulk of our day at De Palm Island. If our kids were joining us on this trip I wouldn't hesitate to book this, but since its just the two of us this time, I'm having additional thoughts about this one.
Then again, we really enjoyed Mr. Sancho's in Cozumel, so thought this "all inclusive" experience would be nice especially since it appears that snorkeling and water sports are included in the ticket price along with food and beverages.
I would also like to get in some shopping while in town, which I assume is near the port? Please advise on that too :-)
Thank you!

there is a free laundry service, also known as your sink.
Yep.. The cabin steward will just have to get used to seeing my unmentionables hanging to dry.. 😆
-
Thank you for posting the prices.. Guess I'll be packing 9 days worth of clothes after all!
-
...or do we have to just pay for the service through the cabin steward?
Either way, how much is it?
Thanks!

Specifically, is hair conditioner provided and is there bar soap instead of liquid soap?
I've been on other lines that offer liquid soap and shampoo only. I couldn't take the frizzy hair anymore after day two! :'):p
I would like to not have to pack my own. :-)
Thanks!
Whale watching excursion in Bar Harbor?

Is it worth it in late September early October? I'm reading the peak season is earlier in the summer, so not sure if we should chance it.
I know it's a gamble, but don't want to do it if the odds are too low. Thanks!!
