Loving the food pics! Keep them coming!

We are going on Oasis in May, eastern itinerary. It's also our first time on this class of ship, and we also don't like to pay much for extras, although we plan to buy the drink package.
So, to verify - breakfast and lunch in the Solarium are free? I can see myself spending a lot of time there.
How about the Beef on Weck in the cafe in Central Park? Is that extra?
-
Thanks. I was trying to find out the same information.
Can you buy the one-day package on board?
Are there internet cafes in the ports that you can use if needed?
-
Thanks.
The site doesn't seem very user-friendly. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

When do the shows come available to be booked? We are scheduled for May and when I go to the Cruise Planner, I get
SORRY, WE CANNOT RESERVE THIS RIGHT NOW.
PLEASE TRY AGAIN ONBOARD THE SHIP.

We sail in May, so we have a lot of time left, but how do you find out when the sales on drink packages will be? Do you just check back every few days?
Thanks.

If early dining is not available, I would suggest you switch to my time dining.
If you switch to my time dining, if you want 6:30-7:30 book those as soon as they open up
We just booked for May, and have never done a ship in this class. How long before cruising do those times become available for reservations?

We are getting ready to book Eastern for the spring. Thanks for all the tips - Voyager is the biggest ship we have been on.

Is there a way to quickly find out how many ships will be at Coco Cay the day that we are scheduled to be there?

I had a teacher who visited Communist Russia during the Cold War and even though they were heavily monitored, had a minder and their photos were censored, she brought to us a vivid picture of real, live people instead of this frightening Red Menace that we were afraid would drop a bomb on us. It changed my outlook to learn about life behind the Iron Curtain.
I am looking forward to going to Cuba as soon as possible, and every dollar spent on the local economy there helps real people more than it helps the government.

Thanks. I'll check with the rental company when we pick up the car. I like the idea of being able to go where I want. :)

Thanks. I need to get that swim wallet thing. Is yours waterproof?

We are taking a trip to St. Thomas for a week, and I will be playing while the spouse is working. :D
Therefore, I'll be touring alone - are there any beach lockers for personal belongings? We will have a rental car, would it be easier to take a car ferry?

We just booked for our Dec. 19 stop on the Pearl. Here is the official description, from his e-mail:

This snorkel spot is intriguing as you can snorkel over 2 large sunken ship wrecks with schools of colorful tropical fish. Then it’s off to your 3rd stop at one of Barbados most beautiful beaches.

NCL's $29 excursion says Note: Barbeque and a tropical lunch is available at an additional charge. Does anyone have any idea what that charge is? Is there any other reliable food outlet, or is a private island?
