  1. SOOO Excited. ONLY 194 more days until I sail her!! I've never sailed a Vista class ship before and a brand new one at that!
  2. Hello! I was wondering if anyone had a recent photo of the steakhouse menu on the Dream?? Thank you!πŸ₯©
  3. Sailing the Dream 5/5/19... how can I find out which dining room we've been assigned to? Due to late booking, Late dining was all that was available and wait listed for YTD. If we are still wait listed come cruise day I'd like to check-in with the Maitr'd right after we board to see if they might be able to switch us for something, anything other than late but not sure if I go to Crimson or Scarlet. Thank you!!
  4. Ill be sailing the Dream out of NOLA on 5/5/19. SOO excited to read your review!! We also booked last minute and FTTF is sold out, Ill be checking a few times a day in hopes something become available!
  5. Ohhh, I will have to look into this! Im not bringing a car seat so taking a cab/uber is out and If I can bypass paying $75 to hire a shuttle that would be amazing.
  6. Flying to NOLA the day before our Carnival cruise and looking for Hotel recommendations that are near the AIRPORT and possibly in walking distance to a store where I could purchase wine/champagne and soda! Staying in the Quarter is not an option, Jazz fest going on when we fly in and hotels are outrageous!! Also, staying a night in NOLA after the cruise, booked a room at the Astor Crowne Plaza on Canal and Bourbon. Anyone know if this hotel is in walking distance from the cruise terminal?? I'm fine trekking a ways but I will have my 3 year old terrorist and luggage to handle. Thank you πŸ™‚

  8. It is, visited NOLA a few times and food is always awesome but not with luggage and a 3 year old in tow!
  9. Probably. I actually ended up booking the Dream for 5/5/19 because we just could wait until 2020
  10. Oh fantastic, my cabin is on deck 12, with any luck it will be ready after some lunch. What about a bar, which actually should have been my 1st question haha.
  11. Where is your favorite, least crowded place to eat once you've boarded the Dream??!! Sailing her on 5/5/19, this will be my first time on the Dream and first time on a Dream class ship, Ive only done spirit class 10+ years ago, very excited!
  12. Does anyone know how access to the spa on the Dream works if you’re booked in a spa balcony?? Do you access it with your S&S card or do they give you a wrist band?? Thank you!
  13. Oh awesome, thanks for the pics! I've been so curious as to what the set-up actually looks like. Yeah I cant see myself booking this room if I was doing a kid less cruise though!
  14. Good to hear about the nook! I was thinking about doing that with the magnetic hooks and curtain but wasn't sure if it would work or not. My little one sleeps best in a blacked out area!
