Lest we all forget the fiasco of the 5 days before this when the app was not working, website was not working properly, you couldn't book anything, and when you did it didn't take it properly. All of that was unacceptable. I still have a charge that's wrong on my credit card because of a cancelled refreshment package that wasn't taken off my credit card. I'm glad the person got the medical attention they did, but RC should have protocols procedures in place to deal with these situations. I love their ships, and have always enjoyed our cruises with RC but lately their customer service and how they handle situations is lacking. I am planning on enjoying myself on this cruise for sure but it's been very challenging to say the least....

Going on the Wonder this Sunday 11/27 and was wondering where you go for an uber pickup when we return to the pier on Dec 4? I know how to use uber....just wanted to know where and how far from exiting the terminal.

Hi...who can help me with this...I just checked in yesterday for our upcoming Nov 27 Wonder of the Seas cruise. It says our health check in time is 1:30. I don't even know what that is. Maybe temperature check? We always get to the pier earlier than that and have never had a problem boarding. It states if you don't come then, you will be delayed. Can I try to go earlier or will they tell me to wait until 1:30. Would they really turn me away ? Thank you
