3 weeks ago on the Valor I asked this exact question. The waiter said no, and I was only allowed to order soup or salad plus one appetizer.

I have had success with price matching the Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins Tour out of Progresso. I wanted to book through Carnival because it is such a far drive, I wanted to make sure that I did not miss the ship coming back. Note, we got back at 4:15pm and the ship was scheduled to leave at 4:30pm.
Carnival for $89.99: https://www.carnival.com/shore-excursions/yucatan-progreso/chichen-itza-mayan-ruins-tour-320002
Price Match for $61.99: https://shoreexcursioneer.com/progreso/chichen-itza-mayan-ruins.html
I got an approval email 3 days after submitting for the price match. Ended up with $30.80 obc for each person.

Did the 5 day valor cruise and the Chef's Table was done on 3 of the 4 nights. Night 1 was the only night that they did not have it. The chef mentioned there is a lot of interest in the Chef's Table, but not enough seats and days to fill all those wanting to go.

Just did the chef's table on the Valor. My sister wore open toed wedges. I reccomend not to wear spiked high heels, as some parts of the galley has that holey rubber mats or holey grates on the floor.

I called Carnival and asked if they can add it to my booking (6/20/20 sailing). The rep said they see it (40 available) but is unable to add it to my booking as I booked through a travel agent. She said I can go online at carnival.com to add it to my booking or to ask my travel agent to add it. Obviously, it isn't available on carnival's website. I emailed my travel agent, and he was able to add it and charged my credit card on file.

The Long Beach parking garage sucks. It took me nearly 2 hours to get out of there. The reasoning is because their credit card machine is super slow. To fix this, they should install pay machines near the elevator. Nope, instead they require you to pay as you exit the garage which creates a big back up.

This happened to me before. I was on my TA's website and none of the rooms on the 7th deck were available. I emailed Mitch and asked him if he had access to the particular rooms that I wanted. He mentioned there was a glitch with the website and was able to book the rooms for me.

Call carnival and order distilled water from the fun shops to have it delivered to your room on the first day of your cruise. I believe it's like $4 for a gallon. Once on board, ask your room steward for an extension cord for your cpap. Easy peasy.

Thanks for sharing, is this what should be expected on all ships? Also were you able to get this in advance or did you get them daily so you could decide were to eat?
I am unsure if Carnival has the same menu fleet wide. If you download the Carnival Hub App, you will be able to view all of the menus and activities for the week once you are on board and connected to their wifi.

Large Bottles of Wine or Boxed Wine?
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
I think it depends on who is working. I have brought on 4 of the mini bottles on board before (187 ml each x 4 = 748ml; the max allowed is 750ml per person) and had no issues at Long Beach or New Orleans. I prefer the small bottles as it keeps my champagne fizzy for when I want a mimosa.
