  1. I have had success with price matching the Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins Tour out of Progresso. I wanted to book through Carnival because it is such a far drive, I wanted to make sure that I did not miss the ship coming back. Note, we got back at 4:15pm and the ship was scheduled to leave at 4:30pm.

    I got an approval email 3 days after submitting for the price match. Ended up with $30.80 obc for each person.

  2. I called Carnival and asked if they can add it to my booking (6/20/20 sailing). The rep said they see it (40 available) but is unable to add it to my booking as I booked through a travel agent. She said I can go online at carnival.com to add it to my booking or to ask my travel agent to add it. Obviously, it isn't available on carnival's website. I emailed my travel agent, and he was able to add it and charged my credit card on file.

  3. The Long Beach parking garage sucks. It took me nearly 2 hours to get out of there. The reasoning is because their credit card machine is super slow. To fix this, they should install pay machines near the elevator. Nope, instead they require you to pay as you exit the garage which creates a big back up.

    I am unsure if Carnival has the same menu fleet wide. If you download the Carnival Hub App, you will be able to view all of the menus and activities for the week once you are on board and connected to their wifi.
