All of the RCCL Cruises I have taken have had a free Arcade day for Teens Registered in the Teen Program.

I slept like a rock!! The bedding is very firm, I suspect some people won't like it but I did. The linens & pillows are great, super nice sleep and slept great all cruise. I had the alarm set for 7am so that I can get into my "sea day routine" of hitting the gym/a jog/light weights and abs, get to the DL/CL for my double Machiatto and then get breakfast somewhere.
I had plenty to look forward to today including my first IFly attempt as well as the Meet & Mingle at 9:30am!
The gym is just excellent, great equipment, state of the art. Running the track was also interesting as it's really long! If I remember right 4 laps is more than a mile (I think around 1.5). There is no direct access from the deck 16 gym to the jogging track... you have to go outside the gym to the fwd elevator shaft, go one set of stairs down to deck 15, and out to the indoor pool for access out to the deck. There is a map and chart of the track with a start/finish line located at the center elevator area (where the kids pool is). I should've taken a pic of it but did not during the cruise.
I headed to the CL this morning in anticipation of seeing Mario (There were no "Hello all you beautiful people" voicemails this cruise) and visiting a bit since I saw him on Serenade about 3 months ago. Sure enough he was there with a line-up of people waiting for his services. When he did look up and saw me, his eyebrows rose and with a big smile got up to greet me and quickly shake my hand over the desk and then continue with his phone call. He was really busy so I grabbed my coffee and got out of there pretty quick to get to some quick breakfast... or course at the back deck of the Windjammer! The NCL Gem was alongside us pretty much all the way down to San Juan.
Done with breaky... now to get to the M&M. It was already in full swing when I got there. According to our roll call there were 377 signed up.
Cathy (CC handle piermaster4) deserves a massive applause for her efforts here... she set up special pins for purchase on this sailing, t-shirts, a whole bunch of stuff. Her and her hubby arranged payment (paypal or moneyorder) and bringing all the stuff to give out to everyone at the M&M. What an incredible job to take on. Not only that, she helped arrange the cabin crawl.
So Cathy, if I may speak for everyone, "thank you very much for everything". Had to give you some props here with your picture beside Jimmy Rhodes and Zach
So after mingling a bit, I had recognized Merion_mom from her review of the Explorer relo just a month before, so I went over there to introduce myself. What a freakin' hoot!!!! Lol! Got to hang out a bit with her and her travel mate Laura during the cruise in the CL and went to dinner & shows a couple of times with them also. They are a ton of fun. I suspect I'll be cruising with them again sometime in the near future.
What I hadn't realized in this photo is immediately behind Merion_Mom is a pic of Judy... I became good friends with her and her travel mate, Beth, the next day after being seated in a group table in Silk. Turns out we saw each other often after that. Judy was awesome in taking video and pics of me on day 9 IFly else I had no one who could do that for me. Judy, your photos and video turned out awesome... you did great!! I'll be posting them on my day 9 at sea section lol.
You just never know who you're going to meet and click with.
Love Sailing with Merion_Mom, we had the best time with her!!!

Thanks! I'll have to try to make it to JR on my next cruise. I'm always so full the thought of a huge burger doesn't really do it for me. But a milkshake I could handle :D
Their Burgers are not "Huge". They are not like the WJ burgers and seem to have a better taste. You can also get other items like Chicken Sandwiches, Hot Dog's. We love the Fries and Onion Rings.

as you look at this picture can anyone tell me if those dividers are open or if they are just not finished yet... im on level 13 and my sister is next door so iam hoping there is some way we can open the dividers
From other pictures posted, It looks like all the dividers are open right now!

Was on Oasis on the 23rd of August and to me, the biggest issue was that the size of the Pizza was so much smaller then 2 years ago. They seemed to be from an 8" pie instead of a 10" pie.

Tell Matt Getty(Jewlery Designer onboard) and the Jewelry Staff that the Grigg Family said Hello. Chuck, Sue, Jarad and Jordan.
We had so much fun with them on the Aug 23rd Sailing.
How is the Staff, most were dreading the TA because of the number of sea days!
Enjoy your trip.

If there was a like feature, I would have "liked"every comment about not liking the roast beef sandwiches. I just don't get all the excitement. They ARE fatty and full of gristle. Arby's is better and that is saying something
Arbys is OK if you like Lunch Meat quality RB. Yuck!!!! Roy Rogers was much better!
-
Everyone has a different opinion of the RB Sandwich! I like them and have never seen "raw" fat. It if was Raw Fat then that would mean the meat wasn't cooked. Some people are over dramatic in order to make a point.
I do however take most of the Salt off the roll and have it with some horseradish! This year they seem smaller then in 2012, so I would just get 2 and that worked for me! :D

I should know that... we'll be celebrating our 20th on the Oasis! :D
Did you join the Roll call for the Oasis Cruise? We have about 50+ registered for the M&M.
See you on board!

No problem. :) I was hoping to find someone that's been on a ship where they stayed near the area of the smoke stacks. In any case, I booked a D8 cabin for my 8 April 2016 cruise.
Monica
I think we would all like to fins someone who has been on the ship! If you know someone post pictures please. Still a lot to learn about this class of ships! :D

There are over 180 Flowriders installed Worldwide. I live in South Jersey and we have one about 10 minutes from the house. We also have 2 others within and hour and a half of our home.
Since the introduction of Flowriders on RCI ships, the activity has blossomed into a new sport. There have been International FlowTours for about 5 years now. Riders range from 8 years old to the Masters Division which is the 35 and over group.
You might remember that they stopped allowing tricks about a year ago. Well Xana Nash who has become a World Champion rider that got her start like many of the current Flow Tour riders got her start on a RCI Ship, wrote a letter to RCI and they relaxed some of the restrictions on tricks.
If you want more info check out http://flowrider.com for more info and to find a Flowrider near you!

I have enrolled my kids in C&A and they have the same level as I do, so when I book 2 cabins I don't have to do the people shuffle. We just book under their names and all is good.
We have done the people shuffle once and it was just to much of a hassle. But they did move us to the correct cabins so we didn't need 2 SeaPass Cards (Thank Goodness).

I have been to several Brazilian Steak Houses in Philadelphia, and even tho it is not quite the same, I enjoyed it. My DW and DS's did not really like it as much. You have to prepare yourself for a meal like that or you will be done soon after you start.
-
You can also get it right outside the Windjammer. They usually have tables set up there. As far as Tax, I have never been charged anything extra, whether I bought online or on the Ship.

I would LOVE to, but I have a wedding at the end of August here at home! :(
It was worth a try! We will see you again soon, I hope. :p

Booked an Ocean View Guarantee for August 23rd sailing on Oasis of the Seas in a few weeks and just received a D8 cabin on the 6th floor aft. Is that a good location or should I try and move up to the 8th floor? Also, I think I did quite well for a guarantee as I only paid for a guarantee. Any thoughts/insights would be appreciated. Thank you
have you joined the Roll Call yet? We have over 50 registered for the M&M!

Is cabin 6666 available? I would grab that one!!!

There is a Thermal Suite, 1 deck below the main spa area! it has 2 Rainfall showers, 4 Sauna/Steam Rooms (each with a different type of heat), and 4 Heated Stone Loungers. The cost 2 years ago, was about $179 (on Special) for the week, with unlimited visits.

My DD and new-SIL were on this cruise and had a great time. Thanks for the review.

Depending on when you sail, and how many kids are in each group, they may combine them. From what I remember the activities in both groups are the same but may run at different times.
How can I check in to airline /print return boarding passes on Oasis of the Seas
in Royal Caribbean International

Just an FYI, on oyr last trip on Oasis, they did not have the Kiosks. They did have them on Allure though!
