  1. What a great idea. I say you stay on the ship! This gets my vote.
  2. Waiting for my answers from you DallasGuy75219.
  3. So, what I hear is that you are threatening me? Nice. I have been on this board since 2006. If I get blocked, well...that says a lot about the board and who runs it.
  4. Interesting...I guess you didn't read that I have cancelled my Feb trip. I will wait to get my refund and let everyone know on the board that posts about the drink package what happened to us. It is not right.
  5. I didn't check the day I left. I have put that in my post. This is not my fault. This is Princess' fault. They charged me for something that I had already paid for. C'mon MissP22...why do you keep trying to blame me?
  6. Full context please: "How many dollars does it need to be? $1 fraudulently charged to my credit card is too much." So what would you call it? Please give me the legal definition? What is it called when a company charges a credit card for something that should not be charged?
  7. I woke up. Went to Platinum/Elite lounge with my rolling luggage, had coffee and waited for disembarkation. Since, silly me, I understand that our Stewards want to get our rooms cleaned and ready for the next group. It is not my fault that they charged for something that I already paid for in a package deal. They owe me a refund for the drinks. Plain and Simple. I adhered to their T & Cs; they need to adhere to their contract with me.
  8. I'm glad that they removed the charge. I am about to call Amex and have them deal with it since this is ridiculous. I am a Platinum Cruiser and this has really annoyed me. I had a cruise booked in Feb, but since this I have decided not to go. We cancelled the cruise the day that I called for the refund. Funny thing is...we got the refund for the cruise in Feb, but still have not received our refund for the "mistake" of charging our account on the Crown July 4th cruise.
  9. We made sure to tell them. I had read on this board that others have had the same problem. Believe me when I say that I was vigilant.
  10. How many dollars does it need to be? $1 fraudulently charged to my credit card is too much.
  11. That is annoying! The thing is we all had Medallions. How on earth are they able to charge when I have a package and I stay within the T & Cs. I would have been able to catch it, and we did check the bills every day, but it was put on the account the last day. I am very annoyed.
  12. I checked every day, as I said this was on the day before disembarkation and I was unable to check for this. It's funny how it only appeared on the day that I couldn't go and check. It is just not right. I should have my credit card refunded by now.
  13. I should be refunded the minute I call for a refund. My credit card should have been refunded that minute....I shouldn't have to wait for at least 3 weeks since I called. This is not right. I shouldn't have to check the bill every day....which I did. I never got a bill the last day. I don't have this problem at a Hotel that I have to be worried that I am going to charged items that are already paid for. I think MissP22 that if this happened to you. You would be pissed. I've seen your other posts.
  14. I would just warn you if you get the Plus or Premier package. Make sure every day that you are not being charged. My account was charged over 4th of July week and have yet to get a refund, even though I had the Plus package. It is not right.
  15. I would just warn you. Make sure every day that you are not being charged. My account was charged over 4th of July week and have yet to get a refund, even though I had the Plus package. It is not right.
  16. I have posted the T & Cs for the Plus and Premier Beverage Plans for reference. I wanted to let anyone who buys either packages know that even if you adhere to the T & Cs, you may be charged on your account for drinks. Over the 4th of July holiday on Crown Princess, I was charged for drinks. I had read on this forum to be careful and check that this does not happen. Every day of the cruise, I checked that I was not charged. Apparently on the last day I was charged for drinks. I went home and did not know until I got the summary of onboard charges. I called and let Princess know that these charges were in error as I never had a drink for more than $12 and never more than 15 alcoholic drinks a 24 hour period. They said that they would refund the $. As of today, almost a month later I have not received my refund. We did have a cruise booked for February, but we decided to cancel the cruise. It was too much work getting the package.

  19. And...we had a cruise in February booked. We have now cancelled it. It is very sad, but I am too annoyed to go.
  20. "all you can drink" and yes, you are correct. I never had more than 15 alcoholic drinks and never had a drink that cost more than $12. I also checked every single day to make sure that we were not charged. The two charges were at the Vines and at Tradewinds on the last day. I was unable to check that we were not charged that day. I did check every day and made sure to follow the rules for the "all you can drink package" so I wouldn't have to deal with this situation after our vacation. I had heard from previous cruisers that this had happened so I was vigilant. You may have no empathy for me, but I paid for a vacation and should not have to wait for over a month for a refund of something that was "free" and on a "all you can drink". It is wrong!
  21. You are correct. And I never reached the limit of 15, nor did I ever go over $12 a drink. That is why this makes me so annoyed that I have to spend time after my vacation fixing mistakes.
  22. Although I liked Club Class dining on Crown over the 4th of July week, I am very annoyed about the "all you can drink package". I ended up being charged for drinks and to this day have not received a refund...even though I have a called and asked for the refund. This is not right! Don't call something all you can drink and then even though there are medallions that tell the servers exactly what drink plan you have... they charge my credit card. I am about to call Amex and have them dispute the charges!
  23. Went to Vines on Crown...grabbed a glass....I had the all you can drink package...and ya know what...they charged our account. This was on the 4th of July Crown...I called and asked for a refund...to this day I have not received a refund. Buyer BEWARE!
  24. Went on the Crown Princess July 4th week. Got the all you drink package. They charged us for two bar tabs - one on the Vines Bar and one at Tradewinds. I still have not received a refund. We checked every day but the last day for any additional charges. The last day we couldn't go to the front desk for a Bill check, and sure enough we got charged. I have called and still no refund. I was worried about charges since I heard from other "all you can drink" cruisers that they were charged also. It has a been a month and they have yet to refund us. We had a cruise booked in Feb. but cancelled. This is not right. If it is all you can drink then they should not charge. I am very upset about this....and I am a Platinum cruiser. Not nice at all!
