  1. Hi, kitkat343, you can find your cabin location on the deck plans and either go to details for photo links or find your cabin type in the list on the left: https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/Queen-Mary (I know the site says Queen Mary, not Queen Mary 2, but that's what they mean.) Cunard also has a virtual viewer. https://tours.cunard.com if you have a VR viewer. Cheers!
  2. Wow, I hope someone can elaborate how to do this!
  3. Hi, I'm wondering if you've heard from Cunard. This is from a September programme someone posted. $99 sounds better!
  4. In case anyone is interested, someone recently posted this program information from a QM2 September 2023 transatlantic in the main Cunard forum. (Apologies, I don't have the name or link.) Looks like spa pass prices have gone up.
  5. Yes, I emailed them for a brochure and they sent me back to the website, which says to call. I haven't gotten around to it.
  6. Hi, techteach, I'm just curious - what is the painters tape for? Do the magnets not work on the walls or door? Thanks! PSA
  7. Maybe you can ask for a refund or credit for next time!
  8. Hi, GaryEssex, not silly at all! For the spa treatments, drinks packages, and internet, 180 days out. Dining reservations closer to sailing, maybe 2 weeks out. Excursions, I'm not sure. I think some showed up right away. Maybe they update as they finalize them. My Cunard states the spa passes aren't bookable in advance. It's posted under the "Which spa services and treatments are available during my Cunard voyage?" Q&A. They also have their spa price lists linked there. You've got some time!
  9. Hi, patty3, My MyCunard says: "Spa passes Spa passes can be purchased at the spa reception desk when you board your ship. Unfortunately, passes are not available to book prior to your voyage." So, it appears passes aren't available prior to sailing. You can book treatments, however. Would love to hear how the pass process goes after your voyage! I hope you'll update us!
  10. I just contacted the specialist travel agency in Chicago and they can only take over direct bookings within 60 days. We didn't get into details of benefits, but talked a bit about the process for future bookings. There are benefits from their "V" status.
  11. For anyone who is interested, I've just checked MyCunard and the pass information has been updated to show spa passes. (Only copied the QM2 here.) Queen Mary 2's Spa Passport This pass includes the use of the Aqua Therapy Centre, which comprises a whirlpool, aqua therapy pool with chaise lounge, neck and back jet massage, cascading waterfall shower, reflexology basins, sensory showers, Finnish sauna, aromatic steam room, herbal sauna, and ice fountain. A bathing suit is required. 1 day – $40 3 days – $75 6 days (transatlantic crossings) – $105 A Spa Passport is complimentary on the day of any Health & Wellness, Massage, Body or Skin Care treatment.
  12. Thanks, Victoria, that's a great point. I'm flying in the day before and spending a night in Southampton, so I think I should have some wiggle room. I bought refundable tickets so I might try calling Cunard anyway and see if they can get me a better deal.
  13. Hi, this is more of a related question. I have booked direct with Cunard US and am happy to have secured the cabin I wanted, but am also aware of a Cunard specialist agency in Chicago that could take over my booking. Has anyone done this before? Is there an advantage after booking is done? Maybe for flights? I also booked direct with the airline, not through Cunard. Thanks!
