While I was on a B2B cruise on The Getaway and purchased a CRUISENEXT with the cruise consultant. At the same time I booked another B2B cruise with the cruise consultant. She sent the information/reservation to my cruise TA and he told me it was booked as one reservation. My Cruise TA was surprised to see it in that format. I called NCL today and the NCL person said my Cruise TA did it correctly. I called NCL because when I went to book the Vibe in "Entertainment", it came up as $309 / person and the NCL rep said it was the correct price. I wanted to make sure it was correct and it was. "MY NCL" even shows the itinerary as a 20-day cruise listing the two cruises as one. Thanks to the information from UKstages, he/she was correct and I'm in the Vibe for my next 20 day B2B cruise next February for the $309 price!🙂

They are listing the additional cost for my Vibe reservation as $309 per person. I suppose to be sure, it would be wise to call and pay direct for the Vibe instead of online.

How does NCL charge for the Vibe on a B2B cruise of 12 and 8 days. My reservation # for both cruises on the Escape are listed together on "MY NCL."

Getaway is arriving in NYC 4 hours late tomorrow (Sunday)....anyone know why?

Has anyone been on the Escape recently? I was on the ship several years ago pre-COVID. I liked the ship but was disappointed in the entertainment onboard compared to other Norwegian ships I have been on. I have seen some unkind reviews lately on the status of the ship but wondering if that is a general consensus. Some people.are more likely to complain than compliment.😉

Does the Skyy Vodka Bar have a set drink menu? If so, where can this be viewed? Also, is there a separate charge for this Bar, or included in the drink package? How are the drinks there?

I am doing a "Back to Back Cruise" in February and I have the same cabin. Is it necessary to get off the ship and reboard and "go through the lines again" or does NCL arrange for you to exit briefly from the ship and get right back on? Or even better, do they let you stay on the ship?

Thank you Zeg....I appreciate your quick response. I have had some great Espresso martinis at Cagney's in the past. Can you recommend any other bars/lounges? I know that many bars on the ship do not have coffee and therefore can not make my favorite martini....the Espresso.

I'm going on the Getaway for the first time this Saturday....what bar(s) serves the best martinis?😎

Is the Getaway in Europe now? If so, when is it due back to the States?

We did a Transatlantic from NYC to Europe (via Bermuda - Azores) in early April and used the Vibe and it was fantastic. The weather was very warm the whole trip after we reached Bermuda. Plenty of sunshine with summertime temps.
