First timer here, I would like to know if an electrical adapter is needed in Europe as well as our cruise ship. We are cruising on Vantage River Splendor. I can’t be without my special hair dryer! Thanks in advance!

Ural guy, we’re you able to talk to someone at Vantage? We have been trying to talk to someone about changing our flights and have been put on hold for (this time 1 hour and 45 minutes). We’ve never been able to speak to someone about our flights. Any information you or anyone can give us would be so welcome.
