I had this issue for one of our rooms when paying through the app. Called and it went through just fine. Paid for the 2nd room on the website instead and again went through just fine. We had issues with the app when paying for shore excursions as well. It liked some, didn't like others 😕

Our last cruise on NCL we had our twin 15 year olds with us and they loved the Entourage teen club ( one came in first for the week long competition he liked it so much 🤣 ). We never saw them outside of shore excursions and meals. They are still in communication with others they met onboard too! This was to Mexico but we are headed to Alaska this summer on NCL and they are already looking forward to the club.

Our last stay in Vegas was at Vdara Resort on the main strip and it did not have a coffee pot either which was weird because it had a mini kitchen.

That menu was what we had on the Bliss last Christmas. They did offer services but don't remember if it was Christmas eve or Christmas morning. Just remember seeing them listed.

We got the USB last Christmas and it was not a cute little ship, just silver and blue ncl if I'm remembering correctly. Getting all my children (one already in college ) and my parents all In the same photos was worth the cost. The USB was only an add onto a package. Wish they would just do the digital and be done with it.
