Happy Saturday. Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. Missed posting yesterday as I had an early client and then just got busy with appointments and committee meetings. I would try the meal of the day as well as the drink. Today I am going grocery shopping to pick up food for Thanksgiving dinner. Trying to get out early to beat the rush. Cloudy and warm today. Should be a good cleaning day. Thinking of all on the care list. Celebrating with all who are celebrating. Have a safe and healthy day.

I was on Nieuw Amsterdam this past May and will be on Eurodam in 2025.

Happy Thursday. Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. It will feel like Spring with highs in the 60s today. Had a great visit with my new doctor. Very thorough and complete. Actually, went over my MRI from September which my old doctor had yet to do. She wants to keep an eye on the adrenal mass. The MRI should the beginnings of issues with my liver and pancreas, so we are going to monitor those. I will be on Jardiance, Rybelsus, and we are going to try extended-release metformin. Also got my flu shot. I will go back in a month. Looks like I will need to have the sump pump pit in my basement excavated to increase the size. Plumber said it will be a 10-hour job. We have an old battery back up for it that doesn't fit what the house needs. Have to get that scheduled. The joys of home ownership. Working from home today. Thinking of all on the care list. Happy Monday. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet reports. Lows in the 20s this morning. Very frosty. Fancy has yet to go outside as she hates the cold. We have a coat for her, and she hates wearing it. I will be in the office today for a brief period. No real big plans for today. Thinking of all on the care list. Happy Sunday, Thanks for the Daily and Fleet reports. Chilly but sunny day. The pollen count is high. I am feeling it. Planning on taking Fancy out for a long walk. Then I will meal prep for the week including a crock pot soup and meatloaf. I will try the meal and drink of the day. Both sound yummy. I will be sailing from Quebec next October. Good morning and happy Saturday. Celebrating Veterans Day with a big thank you to all who have served. Thank you for the Daily and Fleet reports. Chilly but sunny today. Feeling like fall. I like the meal and drink of the day. I ended up needing to change my primary care doctor. I had an appointment scheduled for my routine med check and bloodwork. I got the blood work done but then found out that my appointment was cancelled, and I was never notified. Because of that the doctor refused to approve my medication refill. I have trying to reach the office for a full explanation with no response. I was able to find another primary care physician whose staff are very nice and concerned and got me an appointment for next week. I think this was the push needed to get me to change doctors. I have been unhappy with this office and the doctors ever since the nurse practitioner who helped me manage my diabetes was let go during the COVID shut down. Since then, my diabetes has been out of control especially after my initial bout of COVID. I couldn't even get an appointment with the diabetes educator for support. There are days that this illness has caused depression, but I am hopeful with a new set of eyes, we can get my numbers back under control. Thinking of all on the care list.
