Just bought free at sea plus package, says it includes unlimited Wi-Fi with streaming. Anyone any idea why it says to phone them up? Surely it’s automatically added to you account? Thanks

Rather than bid, if I were to phone is it likely I could upgrade to the haven for less than the advertised price on the web site? Has anyone done this successfully and how much less? Thanks j
