August 10-17 sailing on the Zuiderdam inside passage to Glacier Bay with hubby and sister. First Alaska cruise for her. Belated birthday cruise for me (8/4). Very excited to finally return to Alaska

My husband got the offer with $100 play. We’re looking at Alaska in August. Love that it’s a veranda cabin without having to upgrade. Do you usually get a good one? Our first time with a special offer. A little concerned about the resurgence that seems to be happening though. I hate the thought of wearing a mask all of the time again.

Is anyone familiar with staterooms on the Navigation deck 8 forward near the bridge?These would be vf8001-8008. Do you feel the movement of the ship during sailing. I’m a little concerned about it. How about noise? Thx
