  1. The testing went fine - very easy to do. No problem with the results not having the CLIA number. They never even looked. They made sure the test was negative and we were on our way.
  2. Hey everyone! The 12 of us are on our cruise right now. We all had different agents and the only thing they looked at was the big Negative word and that was it. They did not look for the CLIA number at all. The agent for a couple of my friends didn’t even ask to see their COVID vaccine card. We figured since they loaded it on their app, it must have been already reviewed. A note of caution. When you go through security at the cruise port, you cannot bring in any opened bottles of water or any water in your water jug/container. They will make you pour it out. You can bring in unopened bottles of water and of course, your two bottles of wine per cabin. Let me know if you have any questions.
  3. @infoseeking@johnjen Agreed. I’m going to try not to stress about this, but easier said than done as I’m a nervous sort of person lol! I feel better knowing that we are think the same way. I will try to remember to come back on here to let you all know. We leave this Sunday.
  4. Any response yet on this? It would be great if they could add it. there are no Walgreens in New York but there are some in New Jersey. There are CVS in New York and they do have appointments available tomorrow but if their results don’t have the CLIA number, then I don’t think it would be helpful to get retested there.
  5. Yes a few people have mentioned that they used Rapid Test and Trace and it was good. I have two friends that went to CVS this morning. They took the test and got their negative results. Their test results does not have a CLIA number and I know that RC have been accepting CVS results. Our boarding time is at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. I guess the worst case scenario would be to go to their testing site to retest if they don't accept this or I might just try to find a Walgreens and book us to retest at Walgreens in New York. We fly out today. This is just so stressful.
  6. Ugh I did not know that about the CLIA Lab number. Now I'm getting stressed out. I just checked and all other pertinent information is on the company letterhead with address of the company. I hope our agent is not picky either. There are six of us that took the test.
  7. My family (4 of us) just used Rapid Test and Trace this morning to do our COVID test. Very efficient and quick. We are boarding on Sunday, June 5th. The email results in PDF has everything on there so I am confident this will be good. If I remember, I will come back on here to let you know how boarding went. I did chat with another person although through the Facebook group that said she used this service and had no problems boarding Royal Caribbean cruise with it. The company was very professional and I kept getting reminder emails for my test. I got a reminder two days before, one day before and then at 6:30 a.m. this morning. My test was at 7:00 a.m.
  8. My family and I are scheduled to take the Rapid Test and Trace test on line next Friday, June 3rd at 7:00, 7:30, 8:00 and 8:15 a.m. As a backup, I just scheduled the Walgreens COVID drive thru testing for the four of us for next Friday, June 3rd. Once the time slot was selected for one person, that time slot was taken. When booking for the next person, I had to use the next time slot. Therefore, I had to schedule the four of us at different times: 9:30, 9:45, 10:00 and 10:15 a.m. All four of us will be going through the drive through in one car at 9:30. I'm pretty sure they will be able to do all four at 9:30 a.m. I am hoping that all goes well with the proctoring service with Rapid Test and Trace. If it does and we all get our email results, I will cancel the Walgreens test.
  9. On the last day of our cruise, we'd like to carry luggage off the ship ourselves. We want to eat breakfast before leaving. Does anyone know what is the earliest time for breakfast in the Windjammer? I'm pretty sure the dining room is not open for breakfast on the last day. Thanks.
  10. Hi. We are considering going on Brilliance of the Seas in May 15, 2023. We will be getting on in Rome, going to Salerno and Messina, Santorini, Turkey, Mykonos and getting off at Athens. We've done the Mediterranean before on Oasis of the Seas in June. The weather was extremely warm in early June of 2019. Was that a fluke? What will the weather be like in mid May? Any advice or thoughts? Thank you in advance.
