Just curious about when the package runs from. I have seen from 10:00 to 02:00. If I was on Premium package and I wanted a coffee from the Coffee Port before 10:00 do I get charged for this 🤔

Outbound 14-May-2023 on Flight TOM628 Depart Glasgow International Airport at 08:45 Arrive Florida,MelbourneOrlando Airport at 12:25 Inbound 28-May-2023 on Flight TOM629 Depart Florida,MelbourneOrlando Airport at 13:25

Also got an email yesterday confirming the change to the return flight. The out going is still at 8:45 but with 2 weeks to go may change again 🤔

This is my first ever cruise...I'm a very proud Scot and also working class. Maybe I should be be looking at going to Millport rather than Marella 🤔🤣

Thanks for your kind words...got my seats back and confirmed by email....don't know what the refund is for as it doesn't state on email 🤔

Total shambles...after spending 45 minutes yesterday and getting what I thought was fixed. Still no email confirmation 24 hours ...called again didn't allocate seats yesterday after assurances. Also just received a refund from Tui for £65 but with no explanation either 😕

Just seen that our flight times had changed no big issues, checked online to confirm and my allocated seats seem to have gone and more seats available in our requested area. Anyone else having this issue?
