Wonder--Reserving Shows?
forests_lover replied to TinkBell10's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Can i reserve Adventure Ocean using the app ? -
I cancelled and re-purchased just now, and all went good .. but I face some weird thing, I posted about it here in the forums thread title: 2 planners for the same cruise ... if you notice there is a new planner website just launched before couple days for black Friday sales, and the original planner website is hidden in the side menu: Manage My Cruise -> Cruise Planner. once you open RC website and login just hit the top left side menu icon to open it. you will end up with 2 planner websites: one with your history of orders and one without (which's the new black Friday one). Now, I'm thinking to purchase something from the new black Friday site but before doing that, I need someone who tried it to confirm if it went well.

Yes as the title says ... I'm sailing on Wonder on Nov, 27 (after a week now) and RC is playing with their planner website for black Friday deals, resulting in having a brand new planner website in addition to the regular normal one. Planner 1 (the original): can be accessed by going to Royal Caribbean's website, press on top left menu icon, choose sign in ... after signing in, press on the same menu icon again and choose: Manage My Cruise option and then choose Cruise Planner sub-option, the final url is : https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/cruiseplanner/?bypass=true I can see my full order history with my purchases. Planner 2 (the new one): can be accessed by going to Royal Caribbean's website, sign in, press on the top right button that has my initials, then choose my cruise and press on Plan my cruise button, the final url is: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/account/cruise-planner?bookingId=xxxx&shipCode=WN&sailDate=20221127 [where xxxx is my booking id] when I open my order history in the new planner, it shows this message: You don’t have any orders yet After checkout is complete, your purchases will be listed here and when checking the deals on the new planner I found out that it has completely different prices than the ones in Planner 1 (much cheaper). However, the mobile app shows my past purchases normally. Did anyone face such weird thing ? I'm asking because I want to cancel my orders (purchased from the original planner (1) website) and purchase new ones (from the new planner (2) website) as they are much cheaper.

I cancelled and re-ordered items as well, but when I browse my order history in my cruise planner it shows the following message: You don’t have any orders yet After checkout is complete, your purchases will be listed here. I have confirmation emails about the cancellation and re-ordering of those items, but don't know what to do with my empty history of purchases ... EDIT: I can see the booked items in the app, but not on the website.

The Mason Jar brunch covered with UDP
forests_lover replied to forests_lover's topic in Royal Caribbean International
sorry for too many questions, but as a first time cruiser i don't know much details, should I pay the amounts in the billing section in the Royal app at disembarkation day or will they deduct automatically from my linked credit card ? -

speaking of $20 credit, how do i know that I received it in my account, do I just have to scan the sea pass card when I step into Mason Jar or Playmakers and once doing that, I get the amount or what ? -

do you recommend the Thrill Water Park for a family with kids or the beach is enough for them ? -

Thanks for the reply, so according to firefly333's reply above, do I have only one time $20 credit per day at la carte restaurants like Playmakers for ex. ? or can I eat at la carte restaurants unlimited times a day ? -

so I just have to present my sea pass card and the credit will be automatically added to the Mason Jar brunch visit ? -
Is the Mason Jar brunch during port days covered under unlimited dining package ? for example, once I check into the ship can I go and have brunch at the Mason Jar with my UDP package ? 'coz Royal Caribbean writes in the package details that it's for dinner and lunch (sea days), but I wish to confirm that from folks here.

From your experience cruising, what's the cheapest option to have clothes washed during cruise days ? (ship: Wonder of the Seas).

I have prepaid for gratuities for my upcoming 7-night cruise, now am I supposed to put a tip in the room steward's envelope at the last day ? or is that considered an unnecessary double tip ? if I'm supposed to do that, then what's the good average range for a tip in a trip like this to the Caribbean ?

I purchased the Sand Bar Experience excursion (in Labadee, Haiti) that departs on 10:15 AM for 2 hours, and I'm thinking to take a second excursion which's the Sailing Luxury Yacht Experience that departs on 1:45 PM for 2 hours, did anyone tried to take double excursions on the same day and was happy about that ?
