We're on the land tour of peru (Machu Piccu) before our cruise coming up. Has anyone done this? Any hints about packing? Anything would be helpful.

I saw the dinner listed at $140. Other people said when they went it was $45. Are there multiple types of WMD or did the price dramatically gone up? Does anyone know? Has anyone done it recently?

Is there a Chef's table on Sapphire? We'll be on an 18 day cruise. If so, does anyone know the current cost including tip?

Also, my husband and I do order drinks for each other on our apps. We just take turns ordering. And I believe somewhere else on cruise critic someone said the apps tell you how many drinks you've purchased so you know if your partner needs to use their app. I don't actually know this for sure as DH and I never get even close to 15 alcoholic drinks a day even if we count both of our drinks all day long.

It says Premium. But the cruise was booked over a year ago. So we're probably grandfathered into whatever it was before. It did list Elite beverage package. Which is nice.

My husband is very social. It is a little difficult for him to understand how I feel, as it usually is for people who don't suffer from it, but he tries and he does plenty of talking.

My husband and I are thinking of taking a river cruise in December of 2025 to see Christmas markets. But I'm very shy. I have social anxiety. I'm afraid it might be too social for me. Do you have to eat with other people? What if we want to just do our own thing and not take excursions. I am able to converse with strangers. But are you forced in any way? If I feel pressured such as for dinner that's when I get stressed. We're ocean cruisers and we love it.

If my cruise is showing "sold out" but my upgrade bid is still pending and they're even still giving me the option of upping my bid is there still a possibility? I'm 28 days away from an 18 day cruise. I'm platinum. Its on the Sapphire. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't find the hair dryer good enough but....? I'm not sure if your allowed to bring your own hair dryer. As noone else has said anything about it, it might be the exception. I usually go to Alfredos and people watch on embarkation day. But you need plus or premium. It's not worth paying for. I never go to the buffet on day 1 because its insanely busy. Go to the pool deck or IC. The dining room is ok. But it's only open for a short time.

Are you platinum, Elite, or suite? Otherwise, I believe you do have to wait until final payment is made. But also, if you book your dining reservations on the web version instead it works better.

More detailed directions. Sorry they weren't complete before. Go to check in. Then go to the bottom of the page and click order now. Then click order history. It should show both orders. Click on the current order and it will list who's getting what color medallion. Mine was coming Ruby and it should be platinum. I can see that it is correct now.

There is a way to check. On the app go to the order medallion page. Click "see order history". It should show your first order cancelled and your new order and the colors you're getting. I had to call also and this is how I found out it was now correct.

My old app is still accurate for my next cruise in 50 days. I'm sure it won't be working by then.
