    I'm glad it's not just me. Thanks. It's just so expensive I thought I could get by with an interior. But the more I think about it the more I regret it. with an 18 day cruise I'll want the fresh air in my room.

    I have an interior because this was a particularly expensive cruise. I always got a balcony before. I changed my mind and was hoping too pay upgrade price rather than full price. I did try to upgrade through the princess website without the email and it said my cruise isn't eligible at this time.

    I'm on Sapphire in 70 days. Its an 18 day cruise. I haven't received my bidding is open email. Does anyone know why this might be? I've received one on all my other cruises so I know my account is set up to receive them. I'm worried about it because I would really like to upgrade this cruise.

    My husband and I both got 50% off of the $29 bag of laundrey on our last cruise.

    I don't know. But I would guess not because the people able to book 26 days in advance wouldn't be able to check in first.

    This will be my 5th NCL cruise and it's the first time I have to reserve entertainment.

    I've never been able to book the shows on my app before my cruise. I'm platinum level and 77 days out. Anyone else having this problem?

    We're on the Feb. 13th cruise from Dubai also. We have NCL air. Always get it. Never had an issue. Flying in day of which is a little nerve wracking but didn't request a deviation in time. However, our layover is 5 hours which helps me feel more comfortable. Not arriving in Dubai until 7:30 p.m. though. Cruise leaves at midnight but still wish it was sooner.

    I don't believe the tv's have av inputs. I've also never seen a dvd player on a cruise. Ncl makes you pay for all but one channel on the tv (that basically plays the same shows over and over). I've never been in a suite though. Maybe you get free tv? Not sure. I download movies and tv to my computer before I go.

    Thanks everyone. That's what I was looking for. I knew I didn't get leveled up until after the cruise. Which is a bummer but oh well. Has anyone used the representative? Are they just to tell you what your perks are? Looking forward to free laundrey and extra specialty dining. Also, our next cruise, after this one, is Venice so the tender ticket will be nice.

    We're gold level, will become platinum before our next cruise is over. We have never used any of the loyalty program things. Can anyone tell me if I should be? We we're mostly wondering about the representative and what they do. Or the party. Is it worth it? And has anyone ever gotten a pin?

    We take a water filter pitcher (it's not very big 6-8 cups) fill it from our room tap and keep it in our room. Our city has a lot of chlorine in the water and it works well for that here. When we go to Florida our filter litterally turns black. It's so gross. But at least we know we're not drinking all that crud.
