  1. Hugs 🤗 and prayers 🙏 for @Vict0riann and her care team today. Hugs 🤗 @kazu.
  2. I've never seen substitutions allowed, but it's worth asking. I'd go to the dining podium when you first board to ask.
  3. Congrats @marshhawk on the sale!! 🥳You deserve a boss who celebrates your awesomeness!!
  4. Since the restart, we've found no matter which ship, MDR was almost empty during lunch on embarkation day. That is our food venue of choice on embarkation day and one of the few times DH will eat there, so I will really miss it. Especially on non-Pinnacle class ships that already have fewer options. Lido is a zoo on embarkation day.
  5. Cape Town is beautiful, but not a place anyone needs to go wandering about.
  6. @DrJamba Dec & Jan on K'dam, we also had movies shown during the day at the Lido pool. They were listed in the The Daily as "movies by the pool" followed by the name of the movie. Here's an example
  7. Lenda @Quartzsite Cruiser would you email me telizking at yahoo dot com? I have a question. 😎 thanks!
  8. Being B2B, you can book just 7 days and use it for just 1 week. If it was a 14-day booking, you would have to pay for the full 14 days.
  9. Movies are listed in The Daily program...each day...sometimes they're shown at other times, not just at night, so be sure to check the full day schedule.
  10. Oh my and ouch @Nickelpenny - hope you slow down enough to heal properly this time. 🤞 no perm damage. Hugs 🤗 and prayers 🙏 @Vict0riann for your surgery tomorrow.
  11. Prayers 🙏 and 🤞@Cruzin Terri you get good news today at the Mayo Clinic. Prayers 🙏 @StLouisCruisers your twin heals quickly. Prayers 🙏 and positive thoughts for all.
  12. @Crazy For Cats Happy Birthday to your DH 🍰🥳
  13. @kazu the wedding pictures are beautiful - thanks for sharing them. 🤗
  14. Hugs @kazu as you remember your DD DH on your anniversary 💔❤️🤗
  15. Happy Birthday to your DD @StLouisCruisers 🍰🥳
  16. Oh my - all the radio talk, especially about 50,000 watt Clear Channel stations really takes me back to my childhood and up to my father's passing. He was a disc jockey from his high school days and after getting out of the navy. It was his broadcast career that took our family from Maine to TX. When I went to college in MN, that is how I was able to "talk" with my dad - he was on 6-midnight and since I could pick up his station at night, I would listen to him on the radio and he would say things to me. I would respond back to him in letters (way cheaper than long distance phone calls). ❤️ My dad was also the Music Director so we met an array of amazingly talented people. That station, WRR, was owned by the city of Dallas and was located in Fair Park on the State Fair grounds. It eventually was sold (AM only, FM lives on) and the frequency (1310) assigned to a sports talk station that DH still listens to today. I grew up running around the fair grounds 😎 Thanks for the trip down memory lane!! Years later, my dad transitioned from radio to TV, pioneering traffic reports on TV.
  17. Did I miss it - what happened at the thrift store? Anything that causes volunteers to flee is never good🫣
  18. Just to confirm - your birthday was not Friday 2 days ago, it's Friday coming up in 5 days, right?
