Thanks, both are useful sites. However, I found the URL as https://ride.guru/

You are correct. The "system" just needs a time but you can go when you want.

Does anyone have experience with the Delta Downtown? We have a reservation post-Solstice in May, We liked the Delta in Toronto.
-
Today some guy crossed the center line on the highway and came within a foot of my car. We didn't crash and the earth continued to revolve on its axis.

Enjoy your cruises and stay safe!

Google it...there's a five night "Flower Power" cruise with ports of Falmouth, Jamaica and Nassau, Bahamas.
-
I have good and bad news for some...I am currently on solstice and he announced this morning that he is leaving tomorrow 2/5 and returning 5/7 in Honolulu. His simple announcement should resolve the question.
Thanks for the update

Sorry I don't know but we have sailed with him several times and he is exceptional (although all Celebrity Captains that I have sailed with also are). Hope he's on when we board in Hawaii on May 7th.

You can access the Celebrity website free in the internet cafe so you can look at the current pricing and stateroom availability.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Glad you enjoyed your cruise. Our cruise style is similar to yours and Celebrity is a good fit.
We've done the St Thomas to St John excursion a number of times it it seems it's always choppy on the ride over. The new boat is nicer than the old one. We may have to try the Red Hook ferry.

This can also be done as an add-on to Celebrity's Galapagos cruises.

Just off the Silhouette TA where we had an A-MAY-ZZZZING time! My number one suggestion to Celebrity: There are times when you have to let your staff just say "No". Luminae was phenomenal and the review of our cruise will be written tomorrow, but the practice of allowing guests in Luminae to order from the Main Dining Room must stop. In no other restaurant on board is a guest allowed to order from another menu: You can't go into Tuscan and ask for Qsine's Sushi Lollipops. You can't go into the Main Dining Room and ask for the Grand Marnier souffle from Murano. Why do I care/what does it matter? Having the server retrieve food from the other kitchen takes time and takes them away from their other guests' enjoyment of their dinner. How do you fix it? When a guest says, "I'd like the onion soup (from the MDR) the server should be allowed to say, "I'm sorry, but that isn't on this evening's menu. If you'd like I can ask our Maitre D' to see if there is a table available in the MDR for you so you can enjoy that." Luminae's menu is available early enough that a suite guest that doesn't like it can choose to dine somewhere else.
Did this affect your dining experience negatively?
We were on the Summit recently and I know that some people did order from the MDR menu but it had no impact on me.
We did the galley tour and the galley for Blu is co-located with the other galleys; this may be different on S-class.

Am I correct in learning that Celebrity now docks in Crown Bay at St. Thomas?
The Oct. 16th Summit repo docked at Crown Bay. Others have said that Celebrity has a contract to use Crown Bay rather than Havensight.

There is no smoking on balconies. I am just off the Summit and there were people smoking on their balcony on deck 7 just above our room, 6140. I told Maja, in the Michael's club the first evening as the front desk did not answer the phone when I called to complain. She was well aware of the situation. This room was smoking once more while i was out on the balcony. I called and was told it would be taken care of. I have one complaint--- there was a gentleman walking around the ship smoking an electronic cigarette. It had no smell however it was quite smokey and I felt it was in violation of the Celebrity policy.
We were on the same cruise, also on deck six. People on either side of us smoked on their balconies and a cabin above us also smoked on the balcony. We called guest relations but it continued.
-
No, the tip is included in the package.
-
Small is relative, the ship is smaller than most, but with a capacity of over 3100 passengers, it really isn't that small.
The capacity is listed as 2158 passengers.

What bathrooms?? We may soon see nothing but a wash basin in everything below a suite with a shower and a WC located every 10 or so staterooms. Modern Luxury? Oh Don't forget to bring your own bathroom slippers for that walk down the hall.
bosco
Yeah, that will happen

cuz it's the martini bar and you don't use a blender to make a martini

Earn Club Points based on the stateroom category and the number of nights you sail. The higher the stateroom category you select, the more Club Points you will earn each night.
Guests traveling solo in a stateroom and paying full fare earn Double Club Points on each sailing.
How does this address the OP's question?

The wine service in Blu on our January 2016 Constellation cruise was one of the disappointments. The sommelier was stretched too thin (I think she was the only one in Blu) and she was clearly doing me a favor bringing a glass mid-meal. We couldn't get her attention before that. After the first night, we brought our own wine from Cellar Masters and I even went out to Cellar Masters for a refill. Boris provided great service out there.
-
You are getting what you paid for under the terms that you accepted. How can you say that is a ripoff?
-
We used Uber for the first time on our January trip. We used it six times in all. Very good all around and we will definitely use Uber again.
We used the Lux option so I can't speak to the XL but the Lux cars (Yukon, Infiniti SUV, etc) were very nice. The drivers were professional and we felt safe.
At FLL, they can pick up only in certain areas but they will tell you where and find you. They are allowed in Port Everglades and picked us up quickly when we disembarked. Don't request your ride until you're ready to leave :)
This code is good for $15 off your first ride: UBERJOHNW2321UE
