We're supposed to be going in a couple months on the Gem. Bummed that it looks like this won't be happening. Maybe NCL will give us another day in Bermuda or a different port (Portland? Nova Scotia?). I just hope it's not another day at sea. And I hope they let us know sooner rather than later.

First-timer here. I see that online check-in begins at midnight 21 days out. I'm trying to figure out if I should set an alarm and do this at midnight or if it can wait until 7 AM the next morning. The catch is that I'd like an earlier boarding time (10 or 10:30). How fast do the earlier boarding times fill up? Thanks in advance! 🙂

My Android updated overnight and now the NCL app does not work. Immediately crashes. My phone is saying there's a bug with the app and the developer will need to put in an update. Glad I'm not sailing this week. Hopefully they fix it soon for people.

I'm trying to choose a Bermuda bus tour excursion (through NCL) and I'm deciding between "Scenic Southern Shores," "Quintessential Bermuda & Shopping by Bus," and "Bermuda Island Drive by Mini-Bus." Does anyone have experience with any of these? It's difficult to find reviews because 1) for the most part NCL doesn't post them and 2) they might be called something else on TripAdvisor. Thanks so much! Also trying to decide between the Glass Bottom Boat (daytime) vs Famous Home and Hideaways if anyone has an opinion between those two. Thanks! 🙂

First timer here! Booking a balcony and I'm looking at decks 9 and 10. I'm the world's worst sleeper so I'm looking for quiet and also less ship movement. So I'm going for midship. Is there a difference between 9 and 10 or would both be about the same, noise and movement wise? Also, looking at the deck plans on the website, I can see where the stairwells are. But there's a blank space with no inside staterooms that I'm wondering if anyone knows what it is? Trying to figure out if this blank space is something that would be noisy to the balcony rooms opposite it. It is in the 9562 area if you're looking at the plans. Thanks in advance for the advice! Everyone here seems so knowledgeable. Excited for our first time!
