I would like to think so. What about visa for Saudi they cost $450.00 AUD for two. Would like to think that SS would take care of this plus accommodation in Dubai. Was anyone scheduled for Dubai to Mumbai cruise that was cancelled. Would like to hear what SS had to say to them. Charli001

The last conversation with SS was that the Moon would be arriving in Mumbai 14 Feb, however could arrive 12, or 13. Advised to book accommodation from 11Feb to be on the safe side. Can anyone add additional information to this. Charli001

Spoke with SS this afternoon and told Silvermoon will not be arriving in Mumbai on 11 Feb, possibly 14 Feb but nothing confirmed. Would like to hear from anyone who has any updates. Charli001 Sydney

Just got the news from SS 26 Jan cruise cancelled, not a lot of clarity in the email. I’m doing a back-to-back Dubai to Mumbai then onto Singapore not sure if the Mumbai to Singapore is cancelled as well. Does anyone else know. Would appreciate thoughts from anyone in the same situation. Charli001

Love the updates. Does anyone know where the Moon is going after Athens? I’m supposed to embark on the 26 Jan in Dubai to Mumbai, if the Moon isn’t going to Dubai I wish SS would notify future passengers in order to make other arrangements.

Thank you, great info especially for fellow traveler’s who have booked cruises from Dubai to Mumbai. I’ve actually booked a back-to-back continuing on to Singapore, have my doubts if Dubai to Mumbai will go ahead. Does anyone know how the moon will get to Mumbai presuming this cruise goes ahead. With all the tension and missiles etc in the Red Sea SS won’t be able to get to Dubai via the Red Sea for the 26 Jan cruise Dubai to Mumbai. The Moon arrives in Muscat 16 Jan, how will the Moon get to Dubai from Muscat? will she have to go via Cape of Good Hope? Any ideas? Charli001 Sydney

SS is still venturing the Red Sea, must know something we don’ know re heavy protection . Cargo ships are once again being attacked and have put on hold going through the Red Sea. Iran has sent a warship into the Red Sea and India has sent another 3 ships to protect the Arabian Sea. If this conflict ventures into the Arabian Sea surely SS will have to cancel their sailings. Agree with Colleen. I don’t think the moon will be full of passengers, I’m sure many have already cancelled the Red Sea sailing. I’m deciding whether to cancel the first part of the cruise in the Middle East and pick up the ship in Mumbai. Has anyone else cancelled their Middle East cruise? Charli001 Sydney

The opposition leader was calling for Australia to send a war ship when the request was first made, it was Albanese who rejected the request to say no to our allies much to the disgust of most Australian's. I agree Silverseas shouldn’t expect a war ship to protect a cruise ship, they’re there to keep the Red Sea open to allow ships carrying cargo through to provide goods worldwide. Silverseas should do the right thing and cancel the Middle East cruises. Charlie001 Sydney

I think is is very dangerous for Silvermoon to sail the Red Sea, it would appear Silverseas is still going ahead with the 6 Jan cruise, no other cruise lines are taking this course. I don't think we can expect war ships to guide Silvermoon through the Red Sea for a cruise. Missiles are targeting ships 300 miles from India. Would like to hear thoughts on this.
