    Certainly possible, but unlikely. A comment from the other site mentioned that the repo from Seattle last October was at 3800, just short of capacity. I'm not surprised the April cruise is sold out. Nice 21-day, few kids, probably just two per cabin (or one). Older demographic, quiet, relaxed. Lots of sea days. Just our style. (Talking about the Encore, in my case)

    Same with Encore's repo to Seattle. Always heard it ran less than capacity. Not this year.

    Isn't it amazing how well-received an OP can be when the guns remain in the holsters and they don't come out screaming "Free at Sea is a marketing SCAM!!!!"? Funny how that works.

    Definitely not NJ, but if you're flying into La Guardia, Marriott has a Sheraton in Flushing that is very nice, and exceptionally priced. Free shuttle from the airport. Front desk ordered a car for us to the port. We sailed the Escape in November on Marathon Sunday, and we were at the port in 25-minutes. Driver knew what he was doing.

    It's the Encore repo that traditionally would run at about 80% capacity or so. This time it's sold out. The "old days" of numerous cheap upgrades seem to be diminishing as the ships fill to capacity.

    Not sure where you've heard this, but certainly not the norm. More like the last week, or even day. With 24 days to go, we've got well over 10% of the ship posting on another site. No one has received an upgrade.
