Has anyone seen Love and Marriage on Wonder? I don’t recall seeing it when I went. Now I am on her again next month, do they usually have it on her?
-
All shows have a standby line. Get in line 30 min before and it’s a good chance you will get in.

Wonder is offering Chops+1 on our 5/21-28 cruise but when I go to book it, it says its full and doesn't allow me to purchase it. Any chance that may open before then?
Possibly just keep checking.

Absolutely no need for the key unless you are solo. For everyone in cabin to have to pay is nuts. You can get internet and share or if you do need more it is cheaper the more you buy. Check in is quick on all cruises especially oasis class. So it includes lunch with a chops menu in dining room. Do they hold your carry on. By the time you are done with lunch cabins open at 1 anyway. The times for flowrider, Rockwall, or zip line or offered during times know one would want to go, and it’s only offered 1-2 times for the week. Show seats are no difference for key guest. You still need to show up early to shows. Key is just a money maker for royal. Don’t bother

Do they every do the beef tenderloin- just for one? My husband would get it with me just because he's a kind fellow, but I'm sure he would enjoy the lamb or lobster more.
It’s actually only for one now. So no worries about for 2

No no no. Royal requires no Covid test

Nope. Will not go on the ocean to be in an apartment with no privacy. I go on a cruise to see the ports we are pulling up to and the ocean. Why have a balcony where you have to close your blinds all the time.

It would be sold out if it is not there. You will pay more if it opens up on board.

Depends on the class of ship.
Ok all oasis class ships.

Find cabins near you that have the line through them showing they are connecting. Place yourself looking at doors. The door on right will be bed near balcony door on left is bed near bathroom. This is on all Oasis class ships.

On a side note, I hear JR has a fantastic breakfast yet I've never gone there to eat. 🤔
Its ok. I wouldn’t say fantastic. Basically it’s just better than the chaos of Windjammer

Really just depends on the sailing. In the summer it is going to get very hot and humid but right now will be hit or miss depending on the outside temperature.

Everyone is on vacation so we don’t care if you have wrinkles. Those dressy days are over too. Well some still go all out, not us.

Not for us. Destinations didn't enter the equation at all. I setup an excel sheet with every ship leaving from Galveston within our broad date range, with columns for amenities/activities on each ship and the cheapest price for connecting cabins. Yes, I am an engineer. Then I removed every amenity/activity that was on all ships. Then I removed the upcharge restaurants that remained since we wouldn't be doing those anyway. (Note freestyle wasn't in there since it wasn't advertised per ship, and at that point I thought it was on all) The next ship up from Voyager (Harmony?) was considerably more expensive, and I didn't think that the few extras justified the expense. Zipline had been the only thing interesting, and I thought we could take the money saved and do a whole zipeline excursion on our upcoming vacation. But then I really like laser tag and I envisioned us doing that together. There were a couple of smaller ships that were options, but they triggered the "Oh, no, we might be bored" worry. Voyager seemed the happy medium of activities/price.
Note, this will be what I call our Starter Cruise, since we've never gone. So everything will be new to us on the ship. I've been to all the major ports that a Galveston cruise would visit, and the family has been to none. So all are equally interesting.
I will be really interested to hear if the upcoming cruise mentioned that has sea days has laser tag. Sea-Day-only makes sense.Right now the ship is in San Juan, Puerto Rico. So it was a great cruise to go on for the southern Caribbean ports. Once it goes to the main land it will be different. You will have to wait to hear.

What??
this sucks.
I am already so annoyed by this ship and I don’t sail for 8 weeks.
This cruise is all about the destinations not the ship. If you wanted all the kids stuff you need to book an oasis class ship.

No laser tag but we didn’t have any seas days. So if you have a sea day maybe it does.

Why wouldn’t he get diamond benefits?
your total won’t increase if he sails without you. His personal total will but his benefits remain.
He gets diamond benefits with me. Without me his points are not high enough.

You get whatever points she has when married.
I am diamond therefore my husband is diamond when traveling with me. If he travels without me he doesn’t get diamond benefits. So he has points of his own and married points

food reviews?
Food was good in MDR. Not great but good.
windjammer is another story. First I hate all Windjammers and buffets in general. The lunch had little to know meat. Of course unless you want a hockey puck burger. The one thing that sucks about voyager is there are no places to eat for lunch except the Windjammer.
pizza was not great. Dining room is open for breakfast everyday, so we either did that or paid for the room service breakfast.- 1
