Customer service approved our request and operations denied it.

We had questions regarding Regent’s advertising for concierge benefits and shipboard credits that could not be resolved because of disputes between customer service and operations. We brought this matter to the attention of leadership through emails but our efforts to get leadership involved to resolve this dispute went unanswered. This is very disappointing and quite frankly, not the level of attentiveness that we expect from Regent or that we received in the past prior to its acquisition by NCL. Aunteemom

Do you let Regent know prior to cruise?

Have you heard of Regent offering a tour and transfer to the airport. Our flight leaves late from Narita and can’t check in before 3 pm. Would pay extra to kill some time.

Do you have any suggestions for private transport for 4 persons with much luggage from Narita to Tokyo Hilton. I am familiar with the airport bus but would like to explore a private transfer. Thank you

Any reason why you would prefer Cadiz?

Our cruise ports in Cadiz and we have the option of touring Gibraltar or Cadiz.

Our cruise offers tours to either Cadiz or Gibraltar. Can you recommend one over the other?

Rachel, Any must do tours? We are going onRSSC Explorer in October. How about Chikurinji temple and the Makino botanical garden?

Have 4-5 days pre cruise. Have taken train to Sinatra in past. Have been to Madrid, Sevilla and Granada. Have not been to most parts of Belgium or Switzerland except for Bruges. Traveling in mid June. Have been to many large cities in Europe but not many smaller cities. Not opposed to big cities though. Easier to get to. Will be flying from Los Angeles to wherever we decide to go pre Lisbon unless we stay in Lisbon and do day trips from there

I spent about a week in Lisbon and saw a great deal. So ready for a new adventure. Too much too see.

Discovery Princess twin beds like bricks. Very difficult to get a night’s sleep. Very disappointing for a newer ship.

Can you please share some of the Viking evening activities? Do they have game nights like Trivial Pursuit orName that Tune? Also, regarding the $25 deposit, does that continue until final payment? Can you explain how that works
