  1. Company called Luggage Forward. Their US number is 1-880-866-4172. UK number is +44(0) 20 3375 4769. We used them last year to collect several bags from Southampton port and deliver to Rome port for our TA back to US. It showed up in our stateroom before our other luggage. Mike
  2. They have at least one sailing this year out of Brooklyn. We are sailing on the Island Princess doing the 21 night Fire & Ice Greenland TA cruise on July 5th to Southampton. Good luck in your search Mike
  3. We are doing a S2S in July out of Southampton. Agree that the APP does not handle very well. It shows the entire 33 days on both ships but as others have mentioned we cannot book dining on the 2nd leg. Have contacted Ocean ready and they cannot seem to book dining for it either. The APP thinks that the dining reservation continue in the same MDR at the same time however, the ships have totally different MDR's so that makes it rather impossible. Hopefully they can fix this glitch in the APP but I suspect there are not that many S2S voyages to warrant a programming upgrade. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes smoothly boarding the ships.   4. Sailed on the Enchanted over Christmas under the old Princess APP. There was not a notification when a test came in. You had to have the chat feature open and looking at your phone. Maybe the new APP will have that feature but I kinda doubt it. Mike
  5. Thanks for the replies. Looks like we'll have several options. With any luck Princess will have a shuttle available but if not, walking if close, Uber or taxi will work. Mike
  6. We are taking a Transatlantic cruise next summer from NY to Southampton. We then have to switch to another Princess ship departing the same day from Southampton for the 2nd leg of our journey. Has anyone experienced this before and what is the easiest (and least expensive) way to get ourselves and our luggage to the next ship? Thanks, Mike
  7. Many of the current price reductions are for new bookings only, therefore if you are already booked the lower price would not apply. I had the same situation on our Christmas cruise on Enchantment. CVP was able to get a slightly lower price but could not match the lower new booking price.
  8. I also booked on a discounted casino rate and also have 100 hares of CCL. I submitted my request for the OBC and was notified shortly thereafter that it was processed and applied to the cruise. Send in the request and see what happens.
  9. No wellness check section for our Dec 19th cruise. I did notice that the section that had the Trivia and other games is no longer on the APP.
  10. I think often times, people book the cruise and decide to cancel just prior to final payment, therefore opening up many new cabins. Rather than put those right back on their website, they go through the upgrade process. Also have heard that many cabins are consigned to travel agencies and the like. If they don't sell them they turn them back to the cruise lines. M
  11. You may also want to check to be sure the two casino offers are combinable. Often times one of the free offers apply to one cruise so you are likely looking at only a $500 free play and not $850.
  12. My regular Princess Cruise planner is Tammy Clancy and the other Princess planner that handles Cunard (Sharleen Gordon) both state that they were unable to locate their extension. It doesn't even give me a chance to leave a message. Emailing them hasn't worked either as neither one has responded. Not sure whats going on since Princess says they both still work there. Guess I'll keep trying to reach them Thanks to all responders Mike
  13. Has anyone been having difficulties reaching their Personal Cruise Specialists the past week or so? I have been trying to reach mine as well as a couple of backups and the phone message I get after entering their extension numbers is: "we're sorry, we are unable to locate that extension." I've contacted Princess and they say that the specialist is still employed, so not sure why the extensions are not working. I also tried emailing the specialists and haven't received any responses either. Thanks
