Yes, it is the main theater. There is no balcony.
It is an awesome room and the entertainment is different on Koningsdam because of it.

The first Gala Night, we made the reservation that morning. We also made a reservation for the second Gala Night at the same time.

We had a reservation. We just showed up at that time and walked right up.

We enjoy the Lido Cabanas on both Eurodam and NA (although we feel they are better placed on NA than on Eurodam)
Once, on Eurodam, we were assigned the first cabana closest to the Spa Entrance. If you have a choice, I would not recommend this cabana. I don't know if they still do it or not, but they had the deck sales and a person was very loud on a microphone for a few hours in the open space right next to our cabana. I don't think you'd hear it as much if you were down the line further.

We did Anytime Dining because we were only dining in the MDR for 2 nights. We made reservations for both nights and were told either floor.

If you want an upsell, it pays to be persistent and be sure that your PCC is well aware of what you want. You can call and ask what is available and let them know what you're willing to pay.
We upsold from a balcony guarantee to a SY Spa Neptune Suite (one step down from Pinnacle Suite...only 2 of these on the ship) on Koningsdam for a few hundred $$/pp...and this happened about 3-4 days prior to sailing.

Sorry...it was an SQ, not SY.

No discount on the Thermal Suite package for Spa Rooms. You get a yoga mat, iPod docking station and a bottle of water. They say you get discounts on certain spa services, but I don't really believe that (I asked if my discount was because of my spa suite or Mariner status and they said Mariner).
HAL is really off the mark not offering any real spa benefits to their spa staterooms. Most other cruise lines offer their Thermal Suite as part of the Spa Stateroom package.
At least on Koningsdam there is a special staircase for the Spa Suites to use to go to the spa area. It is not inside the Thermal Suite like on Eurodam (if that is still there), but is further forward just behind the "gym". It is located there also because there are treatments rooms on the 10th floor as well.

It was nice to have the plugs on both sides of the bed on Koningsdam, as both my partner and I use CPAP. It was also nice not to have to use an extension cord as we often do on a cruise.

Well I see that didn't translate very well, so...
Lobster claws, langoustine, crab claws, jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams, oysters.
The sauces served were quite delicious too.

Easier to upload the menu than try to remember. [emoji2]
We are not oyster people, so they substituted more other things in place of the oysters.

Dijon mustard. They suggested eating it with the bread provided at the table with a bit of the mustard. It was rich and delicious.

Some of that stuff is standard for Neptune Suites (laundry/pressing, breakfast in the PG). That's why I wondered.

Fruits de Mer
It's listed as an appetizer but we each had the soup and then split this as our dinner.

Perhaps that is a sailing-specific thing. On Koningsdam last month we dined in a specialty restaurant the first night. In fact, as a suite guest, it was a complimentary dinner in the Culinary Arts Center.

I'm confused. Is this a package for suite guests to purchase or for non-suite guests to purchase?

Sorry -- but I couldn't get the second picture to "enlarge" so I don't know what reservation you are talking about.
It gave the date, our name, stateroom number, the time and 2 guests. It also told us they would hold the reservation for 15 minutes.
What it didn't tell us was where to go. If we were relying strictly on the card, we would have had no idea to which restaurant we should have gone.

So we all get the reservation cards on a daily basis. We found this one to be a bit amusing. Glad we knew where we were supposed to go. [emoji2]

On Koningsdam in January we got our assignment 3-5 days prior to sailing. Not sure if it was because they knew we wanted an upgrade/upsell, but we did and got it.
